The customer service is aweful and extremely rude. There is a lack of communication between fraud and branch locations. Oh and it takes 2 days to close an account which is a joke.

Incompetent staff. My son and I just spent an hour doing a car loan for him only to find out it was all for nothing. The only explanation we got was “we’re human we make mistakes”.And then they told us to just do it online. What’s the purpose of having a branch with humans when they can’t add any value and actually create negative goodwill?

This bank is terrible!!! They baited me into opening an account to get $500. I did everything they had published. They failed to send me my ATM card for over a month. When I verified my direct deposits would qualify, they told me in person YES. Now they say I don't qualify. I am closing my account, canceling my safe deposit box rental and will tell everyone I know that they are awful!!! What a pain after changing all my bill pays and direct deposits to them. They should be ashamed!!!

I was loving this place at first because of Judy. I went today to open a business account and Emely garcia and some other guy turn me down. And where rude about it. Came to open an account at Bank of America.

Went there today bank was closed dueing regular hours and to top it off ATM was totally out of service. Not like it couldn’t dispense cash. Not like it couldn’t accept a deposit. Totally no function.

I'm so glad that this is in this location. Although, the drive thru ATM is a tight fit getting in and out of it's still conveniently located. There is free parking outside of the front door. One of my favorite locating to go as I've never had a problem with their ATM being stocked or working... THANKFULLY!!!

I hate going into banks but my visit at this location was very pleasant. Paul Font helped me and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!

DO NOT GO TO THIS US BANK. I've been here on 3 separate occasions, the guy working the front desk has been so incredibly rude. I went today trying to open a credit card and he was so rude to me that I am considering switching banks. He has been that rude all three times I've encountered him. He repeatedly tried to get me to open a card that wasn't right for me, wouldn't talk to my boyfriend who was just asking questions. When I applied for a cashiers check a few weeks ago he was even more rude then. Go to another US bank, this man is vindictive and very unkind to anyone even asking a question.

FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION My girlfriend and I came to this bank, I wanted to open a mutual fund, she wanted a credit card. Okay the guy at the front desk very RUDELY informs me that the investment bankers are all working from home. Okay thanks. No need to be a dick about it. Onto my girlfriend. She has never opened a credit card before and we are both young. 19. So minimal credit card experience. So I went with to help her and ask questions. Any question I asked, the guy at the front desk either ignored me or when I would ask my girlfriend a question he would say "this is her card I should be talking to her." Or anything along those lines. He was consistently trying to talk her into their connect signature card?? A top tier credit card. She told him multiple times that she has no credit and will not get approved for that card. Kept pushing it and wouldn't let me speak. Absolutely will never go to this bank again or ever even think about opening an account with them simply because of this guy.

This was from back in 2008 you took my house would not return my calls would not help me you took everything from me then you turned around and said I owed you 20k and kept dinging my credit. I will never forgive your bank for what you people did to my family.

US BANK IS HOLDING OUR TITLE HOSTAGE!!! Yes that is correct. We cannot register our vehicle because they refuse to do their job by sending the title to the MVD. We have visited the physical bank location 4 times and called one dozen times getting different answers each time. At this time no one actually knows where the title is and the amount of avoidance and bullsh*tery is comical. It's been 5 months of this.. we cannot use vehicle as we cannot for the life of us get this registered. Legal action will be pursued. As a leinholder this sort of stuff should be very basic and easy!!!
