They deserve less than 1 star. From spelling my name incorrectly resulting in being lock out of my online account to refusing to increase my daily spending limit on my debit card without a multi day application...while I'm at the store confirming its me trying to make the transaction. All the while customer service, while not entirely incompetent, were incredibly rude.In 6 months at US Bank I've had more issues here than I've had after decades with Bank of America. In fact, I've never had any issues with other financial institutions.

I've banked at this branch for about 7 years now. I've always had friendly, professional and efficient customer service and no issues. Even when I've gone in with what I consider somewhat tricky enquiries. They are also very responsive on the phone.

I have been with this bank for over 4 years and I have literally never had an issue. The service was always quick and courteous, and they got whatever I needed done almost immediately. I do most of my banking online but I visit this branch sometimes and they treat you just the same if there's $100 in your account or $100,000. I would highly recommend US Bank and I don't plan on changing banks anytime soon.

Worst bank I've ever banked at in all my lifetime. Absolutely no follow up ! No support! Lazy , inefficient and no one knows their position. The blind leading the blind. Even a manager told me that they can't find people to work there due to screening and that they are understaffed. Regardless! They should care about customer service and the overall experience. A one is too high .

Lousey hours...close at 4pm. Pfft.....I agree with your reply for some transactions. If you have a safety deposit box or have other non on-line banking needs your hours are not customer friendly for the working customers. Extended hours would be more customer centric.

Worst US Bank ever!!! We were second in line at the drive-thru and the woman in front of us was being waited on when we pulled up. It took us over a half an hour from the time we pulled behind her until we were done and able to finally leave. All we were doing was cashing one little check. It was signed, had our account number written under the signature and we sent in the driver's license with it. There was no reason for this kind of delay. We will never return to this drive-thru and we're considering changing to Chase bank. This place is pathetic...no excuse possible for this kind of incompetence!!

The atm ate my card and the store was closed, customer service was taking forever. Luckily the us bank down the street was able to take care of me. I'm just mad my card got eaten.

I went in to update my legal last name. It was pretty quick and easy - unfortunately, he didn't change anything and I had to pretty much do it all over again. :(

I have been trying to make change to my account for almost a month now. The manager Carlos has not been helpful, then goes on vacation for 2 weeks leaving me stranded. I tried to make progress with the team at the branch and they were even worse. I was told I would be called back multiple times and never was. Stay away from this branch and U.S. bank all together. Terrible customer service.

Truly awful customer service. Do not do business here or at any U.S. Bank for that matter. They do not care and will cause frustration at every step. I have been trying for over a month to make a very simple change to my account and no can seem to get it done. The manager at the branch, Carlos, was extremely unhelpful, and in the middle of this went on vacation with no warning to me. Now I am stuck and will have to start the whole process over when he returns. I was told many times that I would be called back or sent a conformation. They never do and I'm the one who has to call back or remind them to send the thing they said they would. I will never do business with U.S. Bank again. Such a joke.
