Expect to spend an hour in there for any type of transaction. One teller is decent the rest is absolute nightmare

The customer service is aweful and extremely rude. There is a lack of communication between fraud and branch locations. Oh and it takes 2 days to close an account which is a joke.

This bank is terrible!!! They baited me into opening an account to get $500. I did everything they had published. They failed to send me my ATM card for over a month. When I verified my direct deposits would qualify, they told me in person YES. Now they say I don't qualify. I am closing my account, canceling my safe deposit box rental and will tell everyone I know that they are awful!!! What a pain after changing all my bill pays and direct deposits to them. They should be ashamed!!!

I'm so glad that this is in this location. Although, the drive thru ATM is a tight fit getting in and out of it's still conveniently located. There is free parking outside of the front door. One of my favorite locating to go as I've never had a problem with their ATM being stocked or working... THANKFULLY!!!

I hate going into banks but my visit at this location was very pleasant. Paul Font helped me and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!

This bank is not open on Saturdays. The website and app show that this locaton to be open on Saturdays until 1:00 PM this is not the case.

I went in to the bank today to cash a check from an out of town friend. - I rather expected a hassle and a 'fight' because That has been my experience with Other banks I Don't have an account at, along with charges and More Charges and Pressure to Open an Account. - I was Pleasantly surprised to be Greeted Warmly and treated Politely, Professionally and Pleasantly by Bobbie Haley who I noticed is apparently More than a Teller because I also saw her name on a Desk as I was happily leaving the bank with cash in hand, on my way to my next appointment. - My First impression is that This is a bank that understands Customer Service, so it is Very Likely I WILL be returning to investigate opening an account.
