Can I click on ZERO stars? The branch and people there are fine. USBank must have the WORST website anywhere, ever. Ever other time I try to logon to pay bills, I get a stupid polite message that the system isn't working. Is this 1988?

If I could rate this review for US Bank a zero I would. I was a US Bank customer for 10 or more years now. Never once I was late on my payments. Although this last year I've spent more money using the credit card, but the payments I have been making were above the minimum payments. Recently, I received a letter from them indicated that they will increase my APR from 22.24 to 25.74 with the reason "due to my spending" so as they claimed. I called and asked that why I am being charged an 25.74 APR in January while my Jan statement says only 22.24? They didn't have an answer for me. They are charging me $64.61 instead of $54.38, on a 25.74 APR, an additional of $10.23 more on the interests alone than what it is supposed to be. This is how they make money by ribbing off their customers. Imagine $10.23 additional per customer multiply a million customers like me they have worldwide. This is how US Bank make money by ribbing their credit card usere like myself. Do not ever do business with US Bank is my best advice.

Went thru the drive thru and the window teller was extremely kind! She had everything you would need for making a deposit / withdrawal, including an ink pen, in the floater thingy that floats back and forth to them. The nice Lady even asked if I wanted to know how much I have in my account but I didn't want negativity in my life today so I opted out! Yes, I recommend going here, as it's close to a gas station and a strip mall and because of how nice this teller is. Nice Lady! This location has banking services inside, during banking hours. I did notice that they didn't have a ATM in the drive thru which was my first time seeing a bank without one... bummer!!! There's plenty of parking surrounding the area. .

MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BUY NEW COMPUTERS FOR THIS BRANCH!I was first in line and both bank employees could not get online to even start my transactions. It took until 10:30 a.m. to complete my simple deposits...AND there were numerous very frustrated customers waiting in line when I left. This is not the 1st time this has happened to me at this branch. The 3 previous times it happened midday that the computers were offline and wouldn't work.Management needs to fix this problem or customers are going to take their business someplace else. And no, Larisa, your response below is not valid as it does not address or resolve the ongoing problems at this branch. And no, Larisa, the services I needed could not be done online.Obviously, based on your response below, US Bank is not concerned about providing even the minimum customer service needs of their clients.

My mom's purse was stolen so she cancelled her cards and added a Fraud alert on her account. Well 2 days later a check was drawn on her account at this branch using my mom's i.d. the signature didn't match and her account disnt even have half the amount the check was writtwn for. this didn't happen once but 3 different times in 2 days drawing thousands out when there was only $300 in the account . How? How? A fraud alert was placed 3 days prior, the i.d picture and the signature didn't match. Either the teller/s were in on it, or complete idiots . My mom came in and asked the teller what had happened and how. they said the fraud alert must've not have updated on her account, then accused my mom of being involved . My mom escalates the matter to management, an assistant. He tells her he can't help her she must deal with the Fraud dept. froze all her accounts and said "I can't help you." She asked for his bosses name and number where he gave her an email address and said may take a few weeks for him to get back to, and good luck. I've worked in the banking industry. what a joke this facility is and most if not all it's employees. Rude , unprofessional , unethical, and down right crappy. She can't pay her bills now these accounts are frozen. She. asked for how long the asst. mgr said 3-6 months. why should she be penalized for these not wits not doing their jobs ? What a travesty. Beware and stay Far Far Far away not just this branch buy this bank . My mom called several locations and no one will help her or own up to their mistakes. Sad sad sad...

I needed some legal documents notarized, and it's hard to get it done during the week with my work hours. There's many other options to have it done, but some places charged $50. I was able to get my document signed and notarized on a Sunday and it didn't cost anything! If anyone is looking for a new place to bank with great customer service, please check out US Bank

I wanted to open a business account. I asked the branch manager if my Social Security number would be required? His response was "No". I proceeded to open the account following their questions and providing them necessary documents for a business account. Twenty-five minutes later, I was asked to provide my social security number. I looked at the branch manager, asked why my Social Security number was necessary when he said it was not. Remember, I ask that specific question. He said "It is not necessary to open a business account. It is necessary under Federal Law for all account transactions." In simple terms the branch manager lied to me.
