I've banked at this branch for about 7 years now. I've always had friendly, professional and efficient customer service and no issues. Even when I've gone in with what I consider somewhat tricky enquiries. They are also very responsive on the phone.

Worst bank I've ever banked at in all my lifetime. Absolutely no follow up ! No support! Lazy , inefficient and no one knows their position. The blind leading the blind. Even a manager told me that they can't find people to work there due to screening and that they are understaffed. Regardless! They should care about customer service and the overall experience. A one is too high .

The atm ate my card and the store was closed, customer service was taking forever. Luckily the us bank down the street was able to take care of me. I'm just mad my card got eaten.

Truly awful customer service. Do not do business here or at any U.S. Bank for that matter. They do not care and will cause frustration at every step. I have been trying for over a month to make a very simple change to my account and no can seem to get it done. The manager at the branch, Carlos, was extremely unhelpful, and in the middle of this went on vacation with no warning to me. Now I am stuck and will have to start the whole process over when he returns. I was told many times that I would be called back or sent a conformation. They never do and I'm the one who has to call back or remind them to send the thing they said they would. I will never do business with U.S. Bank again. Such a joke.

I'd rate this bank 10 stars if I could. Amazing people, wonderful interior and it smells like a new car. Chadwick at the teller station is superb and Melloni is a sweetheart. Thank you, and may God bless.

This is the worst a full-service bank that I have ever experienced in 50 years of banking. This bank imposes a service charge or a fee for every single possible banking event in existence. I recently sent a check to an individual that was lost in the mail. I contacted the bank to stop payment on the check; a $35.00 fee. I left a message for the manager to call me to discuss this fee, which I considered to be oppressive; I was not even give the courtesy of a return call. I wrote a check to my yard man, who does not have a checking account, so I told him to go directly to my bank to cash the check. When he presented my check, to my bank, USBank had the temerity to charge him a $10.00 fee. My check is a negotiable instrument under federal law and should be honored upon endorsement and presentation. Nevertheless, USBank never misses an opportunity to take financial advantage of a person, regardless of the fact that this gentleman was obviously a person of very moderate means, in that he does not have his own bank account. So this week I had two wire transfers deposited into my checking account, and I did not think anything of it, because surely an electronic event would not merit the imposition of a fee; wrong! USBank deducted $40.00 from my account for "wire transfer fee." I have never paid a wire transfer fee at any of the other full-service banks I patronize. Do yourself a favor and find an alternative bank or credit union, unless you enjoy paying a service charge or a fee for every conceiveable banking event under the sun. This bank has no soul and treats it's customers extremely poorly.
