Horrendous banking experience. Terrible customer service. Don’t have my actual debit card in over 2 months, been ordered 2 times! didn’t offer me a temp card, and I’m a brand new customer. Just signed up at desert financial and I’m closing my account here ASAP. The women here are rude and inconsistent.

Spent the morning talking with the bankers here at USBank inside Safeway at 64th St. and Greenway. All are highly qualified, experienced, and excellent with customer service. Highly recommend.

Okay after my big fiasco with the bank holding funds. The ladies here at this location are super sweet and helpful. Very enjoyable service unless you’re a new customer then beware they will hold your money for at least a week. Was able to be helped in person same day and receive my funds

Unfortunately, after dealing with this bank's staff for almost one year, I have to say that it is by far the most inefficient and uncooperative US Bank branch one can choose. I will vote with my feet and go to another location!!!

I had the most wonderful experience with Travis today! He was so kind and understanding and really taught me a lot of things about banking I didn't already know. I was in the branch to pay the remaining balance on my account before I closed it and he still treated me with so much respect and offered his time freely so I could learn more.

Nasty customer service they rush to close and be out the door. Got there 5 minutes before they said they where closed and had there cash drawers in there hands and lights off.

Staff is new here they have no idea what they are doing. They weren't able to cash me a check and it took them more then 10 mins wait and wander to tell me that. Poor service.

I avoid this US Bank location at all costs. Poor customer service and complete incompetence. Each experience has proven to be worse than the previous.
