The mail forwarding is extremely slow . For people who leave Ariz during the hot months waiting for important mail has taken as long as 6 weeks . This is unacceptable as some mail is time sensitive . Don said it’s the computers fault that people don’t touch the mail. Very lame excuse!

The line is always extremely long in this location, expect to wait 20+ minutes. If you can, print the label at home and use the self service area here.

They keep sending someone else mail into my mailbox.
I complained multiple times and it still happens.
USPS is terrible.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Worst location, complete liars, and lazy workers who are guaranteed to lose your mail. Send nothing important through this location. Unacceptable.

Probably one of the best USPS locations with great and fast service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered from 85258 USPS locations but got shipped to this one. Don, if you see this.. you’re the man! Thank you so much for your assistance in getting my parcel easier/efficient.

We have had nothing but issues with the USPS. Items never arriving saying they were delivered. No one picks up the phone there to get help. Try to fill out form on website for missing items and the form even says theres an error and cant submit. Is this real life?

I’ve been here twice recently and will continue to return as I ship everything to Hawaii. I’ve seen nothing except patient employees dealing with unreasonable people, mostly over 75, who don’t understand how things work. But the employees remain calm, kind and professional. Well done.

This is the worst place to get your mail. They are always working really slow and always late to deliver packages I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to wait in line for hours.

I’m really frustrated from USPS system or a person who delivers mail. I get informed delivery emails with the list of mail pieces/packages coming soon. But recently I didn’t get my mail pieces I saw in the email, but we got my partner’s mail pieces which was also in the list they sent in email. When I called, they don’t give reason and also they don’t fix it. If someone from USPS see this comment, please at least do something to solve this problem so that it won’t happen to anyone again and again. Only reason I can think is there is my partner’s name tag inside mailbox and not mine. But when I asked customer service about it, she said no that shouldn’t be a reason. So I believe the person who delivered the mail is being over-smart and USPS should train those people who try their own logic instead of delivering the mail that has address match and also has correct mail address on my USPS profile!

I have been there 6 times over the past 2 1/2 months trying to get my mail forwarded. They keep saying they’ll let the carrier know but I continue not to get my mail.

Horrible mail delivery. Wrong mail put in my mailbox. Other neighbors getting my mail. All the time!

Worst USPS location I have ever been to. Half the employees are helpful and the other half act so rude and entitled. The icing on the cake is that it took them 20 minutes to find a piece of certified mail that should have been delivered to my apartment on Saturday. I was home all day and at 6pm saw that there was a notice left that they "couldn't deliver it because it needed a signature". That is the point of certified mail last I checked... When I asked to speak to the supervisor about it, I said that I wanted clarification on why it wasn't delivered to my apartment. His response, "Oh yeah they won't". When pushed further his elaboration was "They won't deliver to apartments or condos". No actual explanation why though. These people are shameless. So many people have similar complaints and this is probably illegal. People are paying for services that they are not receiving and then being given useless explanations. I hope the supervisor and mail carriers are held responsible for the blatant laziness and stealing money from services they don't actually provide.

We have our community mail boxes being replaced and all mail is being held at the Williams post office for N. Scottsdale. I have been to the post office twice in the past week to pick up mail. The first time I was told the whole of the mail for our community was a mess and they could not find my mail. Waiting a few days and returning today, I was supplied only today’s mail; again told that all our mail for our community was in a “pile”. Speaking with a supervisor, I was met with indifference and an unwillingness to “fix” the problem. When asked if she felt this was acceptable, she blamed the lack of notice given for the hold and inability to “store” mail. No apology, not even a sorry and darn right rude. This needs to be fixed!
