The staff at this location are fantastic! Every time I leave I remark on how lovely and helpful they are.I’ve read a few of the negative reviews and can just tell most of these crabby old clowns wouldn’t last a day working for usps, or maybe they forget the sheer volume of packages and mail that move through this network. Take a breath y’all, it’s gonna be ok.Anyways, this post office rocks!!

Super rude staff. They've lost our mail and it's our fault. Yikes! It's crazy how miserable people are and you know it, because they choose to do this job. Do better. Weird time to be an elitist. Appreciate the free envelope though!

Had my grandma OVERNIGHT a package for me and they dropped it off somewhere else. Unbelievable. I think they need to hire people that know how to read.

2nd year in a row that mail to my sisters house came back as undeliverable with no forwarding. SHE STILL LIVES THERE and her postman KNOWS this. He is deliberately refusing to deliver her mail which is unacceptable. He is an a**hole of the first magnitude. Looking into whether there is a formal complaint I can make.

Pros: Staff is friendly. Convenient location. Lobby open during off hours.Cons: Please FIX the package drop off mail slot. It gets STUCK all the time - even during open hours - which then means waiting in a line to just hand off something that is fully packaged and ready to go. The chance of the package drop off slot not belng blocked on a Sunday is virtually nil. Which means coming back during the work day to ship something that should have been done over the weekend.Suggestion to Manager: There are people in the back on Sundays - just give someone a responsiblity to periodically check and clear the package drop box. Problem solved.Also... the landscaping is really bad - It doesn't look like anyone is maintaining the grounds, with broken branches, overgrown trees and bushes, etc.

Absolutely ridiculous! NEVER schedule a redelivery with this post office. I asked them to redeliver 2 packages and they said “delivered”…..yeah delivered to the wrong address and I still have not received my packages. Nobody knows what they are doing in the office and will not follow up with you about your packages. I am beyond frustrated.

A shining example of USPS' systematic freedom from accountability and lack of consequences for their actions. Marked my package as delivered in my LOCKED MAIL BOX but was not there or in any of my neighbors' (who were generous enough to check). Filed a lost item form and got no response. Called them TWENTY THREE times in one day trying to get through but was hung up on with every attempt. Went to check in person and while it came through their processing center they just... didn't know where it was. Going to be sending my packages to my in-laws' house now since their local USPS office hasn't lost one of their packages in 10 years.

Mail carriers are forging signatures on certified mail to avoid obtaining signatures for delivery. Carriers continuously damage packages at this location. No one cares, everyone is super lazy. Took over 15 minutes to get service at 2pm on a Tuesday with absolutely no one in the post office. Definitely use a different post if at all possible.As another review mentions, it’s crazy how they try to find your package when you go to pick it up. They spend 30+ minutes in the back searching around through piles of stuff. Some organization or a better pickup system would go a long way.
