Had an appointment for passports and was greeted with “you’re supposed to be here 15 minutes early, I’ve been waiting.” We arrived five minutes early; this is when I knew this was not going to go well. The lady was disrespectful and condescending to me and my wife in front of our children. She was such a poor representation of a human being. About three minutes into going over paperwork I told her to return it to us and we would reschedule at another location. My wife asks how we could file a complaint for her terrible customer service and she walks away saying “go ahead and do that”. After getting our kids back in the car I went back in to ask for her name; she wouldn’t come out to the counter.

My gf and I ordered some clothes and had them delivered to the post office on the 11th since we were visiting from out of town. We arrived there and were told our packages were not there, additionally we were told that items can only be sent to the post office if it is general delivery or if you have a PO BOX. We gave them the tracking number which was provided by our courier OnTrac. They said the tracking number could not be used. That their numbers and ontrac’s were different.
After leaving we started a chat with ontrac (speaking with a live agent) and the agent assured us the packages were delivered to USPS and even sent a confirmation pic.
The next day we arrived with chat screenshots and the pic from OnTrac. This time a different guy went to the back (and took a respectable amount of time) to look for our packages. He assured us they WERE NOT there and we should talk to OnTrac. They mentioned since there was no PO BOX and not a general delivery it was likely sent back through OnTrac.
So we drove to OnTrac shipping and talked to a guy who spoke to their delivery driver and gave us a sticker that confirmed the packages were indeed at the USPS office. So we went back there ( mind you, this is the second visit for day #2) spoke to a third and fourth guy and they went to the back to look and told us since they could not find it that it was returned.
After that we went to the local mall/movies and got a message that our packages were indeed at USPS where they were supposed to be. The message was sent at 4:10 and their offices closed at 4:30.
A horrible experience all around. Very non thorough workers. It took how many men to find our huge packages??? Complete ruined our birthday week. Most of our preferred outfits were in those packages. They need some help over there.

As someone who works the typical 9-5 getting here is already very difficult so when i take time on my lunch break to ship something it shouldn’t take my entire HOUR lunch.

I came to usps center for my daughter’s passport. Katherine was very helpful and patient with all those who were applying for passports. She never lost smile on her face and was helping someone who was struggling with filling the details. Thank you for doing it with smile.

I was so worried I wouldn't be able to get my passport in time due to everywhere being booked 4 weeks out. I was able to get a walk-in apt and the lady that helped me was AMAZING.

Excellent and friendly service consistently!
It's the best post office I have ever visited and used in any other city and/or state in the USA in the last 30 years! The postal workers here are top-notch! Kudos to them!

Lets be real, Every time I come here, everyone has shitty attitudes. Nobody ever knows anything. They need better customer service here, it's ridiculous.

Katherine in the passport office is excellent. She is thorough, efficient and kind. She doesnt miss a thing! She has processed the paperwork for multiple family members passports. I agree with another review that said she should teach a class in work ethic. She works hard and does her job well. I would highly recommend stopping by her office when in need of passport services. I hope USPS values this woman!!

Kathrine is super helpful, I even suggested her to teach work ethic class in college. She is energetic, careful, informative… I really think she deserves double pay from the government:… she is a rare kind of :-) I have full of respect to people work their best to help people.

We put in a change of address 3 times and our mail is still not being forwarded. We talked to the supervisor twice and they are still saying they don’t know when it will go through. This is a move within Scottsdale.

AFTER TODAY (11:30am) TIME TO OPEN A THIRD WINDOW! Packages SHOULD NOT be piled up, the package door should not be jammed, the kiosk should ALWAYS be functional, people shouldn't be waiting 30 deep, or waiting an hour. And the two nice guys working shouldn't have to be stressed out because of all that. The Supervisor or Postmaster needs to staff a floater for the third register and packages. TODAY! Not fair to paying customers (WASTING HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE TIME EVERY DAY?) and not fair to other employees. Staff somebody now, every day.
