I've been a customer for several years at this Post Office located, Osborn/Scottsdale Rd and never had a problem. I recently mailed a package, it was as lite as a letter so I assumed it would be just a couple bucks but it was over $5.00 (I made a comment about how they get you coming and going and while I was 7' away-- walking out, I said something out loud to myself) guess I was in a bad mood that day but still didn't say anything inappropriate; I just was surprised at the cost!!! The package has been reported Lost/and having Never left the Cobblestone postal office! So, I went back to inquire if what I said had anything to do with why my package was missing and the postal employee, Shelley exploded!!! But, I recall being very diplomatic and careful not to use the, You word. I just wanted to explain, and if for some reason my package was misplaced deliberately she could rectify that action anonymously. But, the item hasn't been located and I have to file a Claim.I'm just wondering why my package Never Left the Cobblestone Post Office that day...it's such a small unit!?It's very concerning, too that I feel a need now to curb my opinions and any other comments instead of being free to express my Human/Civil Rights because my mail can be held hostage or just go MIA.Sincerely,RLB

They never even attempt to deliver my packages unless they fit in my tiny apartment mailbox. Can't you at least leave it at the post office and I'll pick it up rather than automatically returning it back to the sender? Awful service.

This is a review for usps on Scottsdale rd. No one ever answers the phone!! You have to make the trip to speak with a real human. It’s awful

Yo this gas station is not good. They have no deals on Gatorade or Powerade, and they have no pricing on anything in the store so they can rip you off. I told the employee he was a lazy bum for not labeling the pricing on anything and he said I shouldn't come back to the store. The other ppl who shop there are dirty and homeless

Such rude individual today. Didn't say hi or thank you, just "want a bag"? I thought for sure he was having a bad day until a scantily clad woman came in and he was all smiles and "how may I help you? " "have a great day!!". Grow up. I guess the only way to get decent service from the pervy 50 yr old man behind the counter is to wear next to nothing.

Seriously refreshing to receive good service at a gas station. Whoever the gentleman was working at 1:00am this Wednesday morning, needs a raise! Super friendly and awesome. Feel weird leaving a review for a gas station, but for real, what a kind employee!

So convenient. Easy in and out and hardly there is any line but even sometimes when there is a line it is totally worth the wait for the service. The lady there goes way beyond what she need to help out.

Stopped to get sir in 2 of my tires that were low. The machine only takes quarters, when asking the attendant to provide, without even looking, said no. If you are going to offer sir services then you should provide quarters to use it. Last time I checked sir was free, however, you charge 1.50 to put in my tires. You offer no card services at the unit and are not willing to provide the means to use it. Might not have been so bad if your gal behind the counter didn't have the personality of a cement truck.

this place is trash!! I bought a vape and went ONLY to my car in the THEIR parking lot and as soon as i opened the vape it was completely soaked in some type of liquid. I walked back in within 4 mins, i kid you not 4 freakin mins and the guy told me they wouldn't exchange it since i left the property. IS YOUR PARKING LOT NOT YOUR PROPERTY???? fuckin idiots bro, don't expect my business again
