I took my car in for an oil appointment that I had set up two days prior on the phone. I was not greeted in the most friendly way, but things got worse when they proceeded to tell me that I did not have an appointment. I assured them I had called Thursday morning and had an appointment set with Steve. They refused to help me and basically said "good luck." Very unprofessional and no urgency to extend a hand. Will never go back here.

Told the sales rep EXACTLY what we were looking for multiple times, took an hour and a half just to test drive a car, and on top of that they gave us a quote that was almost twice what we explicitly said we were trying to find. As if this isn't bad enough, we could hear the employees who were almost all sitting at a desk on their phones talking negatively about EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER that walked in the door behind their backs. Complete waste of money and time. If I could leave negative stars I would.

I took my 2005 Corvette and to get the fuel pump replaced and the oil change it went in on a tow truck and drove out which is the only good part of my experience. I paid over $3000 just for the fuel pump and oil change Which by the way, the oil change did not get done the oil still black and the filter is the same one I had on there before which makes me believe they cut corners on the overall fuel pump job that I paid over $3000 for oh and by the way The guy that helped me Eric swears he gave me $1000 discount , to me the number still do not add up. I wonder where this guy went to school or who taught him math but anyways, at least my car drove out of there.

Simply perfect! My agent went above and beyond for me. I never felt rushed, pressed for time or that I was being "sold" anything I didn't want. I will be recommending Van and my sales agent Dave to everyone!

Service advisor Kurt was excellent.Forcing customers to drop off their vehicles for a “3 day assessment/ diagnostics period” before it’s even seen is absurd. We have 3 kids in car seats and our Tahoe is the only vehicle that can fit all 3 car seats- not having a vehicle, and not qualifying to have a rental/loaner with our warranty during this period was extremely inconvenient. Chevy needs to come up with a better system otherwise this will be our last GM vehicle we own- and we’ve been loyal GM customers for 20+ years. As in if it’s not fixed the next time our Tahoe needs service, we’ll be selling it and finding an alternative manufacturer.Your response to have me contact you to discuss further was laughable and therefore I am taking away another star from my original rating. Contact ME if you would like to discuss further.3 days of a vehicle sitting on your lot before it is even looked at is not the way to do business. There are plenty of alternative practices that are more customer friendly. Schedule/book less appointments until you are more caught up. Once the queue is within 24 hours of being able to look at the next vehicle, contact me to bring it in. Charge me a cancellation fee if it is not there when you say you are ready for it. Or simply offer a loaner or rental vehicle for the entire time my vehicle is in your possession.

Scott Mohen is my advisor and he’s great! I trust him and I know he will always take excellent care of me and my car. I come here for all of my service needs for my GMC and they always do a great job and no hidden fees or last minute price changes. I always know upfront what the costs will be. Would definitely recommend Scott & the service team to others!

Jason was very informative and helpful. He got me into a brand new vehicle quickly and did what he could to make it as easy and helpful as possible. They filled the tank up and detailed it before I drove it off the lot too. I love the vehicle and hope all stays good!

If I could give zero I would. Shop elsewhere. Our salesman wins award for why people don't like cars salesmen. He lied to my husband about price. Trying to act like big shot with all his awards. Wonder how many customers he pulled this off on. On sheet he filled out, wasn't giving correct information on pricing. If you there please double check that document. I have never seen another dealer with this kind of document that shows your offer. They tell you the price of the truck after negotiating.Then tell you what they will give you in trade in. Then change it that includes trade in. Which story was changed after signed papers. The document looks like you getting discount on trade in. You're not the price they come back with is after trade in. Was told that when my husband signed. . General Manager just as bad. Unprofessional, they kept saying, we need a sale today so we are going to give you a good deal. Lied to about final price we negotiated before trade in.Actually paid full price. They may of made a sale. You will not get our business and others who purchase GMC's all the time.You made want to look at your sales model. That's probably why no customers were there. You're losing loyal customers. Just after a sale however you can get it.Lots of the same reviews on Facebook and social media. Should of read before.

It was time for my annual oil change on my Buick Envision. John Morris has been my "go to" guy for about 7 years and he takes great care of me and my vehicles. This time was no different. I was in and out with no issues. I usually wait for the service to be completed and the waiting area is always clean and comfortable.

I don't feel the service writer set realistic expectation, when I made the appointment for 10:15 on Thursday to have me brakes and rotors checked. He did not tell me it would take 2 days, nor did he call me to give me a status. I really appreciate the time the Service Manager spent discussing the issue with my vehicle and why there was a delay in service. Overall he was able to resolve the issue to our satisfaction and return my vehicle before the holiday weekend.

Anthony was great to work with, very professional and helpful. The process was smooth and by far better than the other places we have been the last few weeks. I don't remember our finance guys name or the manager but they were awesome to work with also.

Devin was great! He was the only sales person that I was able to get a deal settled via text and lastly phone call. It made my life and the purchase of the vehicle so much easier. I always dread having to deal with getting a car from a dealership but Devin and the finance guy (can’t remember his name) made the process enjoyable. I will definitely be recommending Devin to anyone that is in the market for a Chevy/Buick. Devin, keep doing what you’re doing!

My experience was excellent from start to finish, from Hussein as the Internet Sales Manager all the way through to finance. I purchased a new Chevy Colorado. Hussein was willing and able to negotiate a good deal.My only issue was the inside not being cleaned well as there was sand under drivers side floor mat and carpet shavings from where it was cut under the front seats. It was late however when I came to pick up the truck so I understand if it couldn’t be properly cleaned.That said the speed, ease, and professionalism that Hussein and finance exhibited made it a great experience.
