Service department is trash, they lied about my breaks and oil being replaced right before I bought the car

Im beyond annoyed with this dealer service department! The service advisor Calvin is super Shady. I received a diagnostic report directly from Chevrolet to let you know when there's recalls or alerts to be looked into. I got a report that said it needed immediate attn for a transmission issue. So I immediately scheduled my service appointment. I brought it in for an 8:45 am appointment. The line was extremely long so a very busy service day for them. Calvin came out had no idea what I was here for so I pulled up my email that can from him in regard to the transmission issue. He said oh ok it sounds like the battery. I said my battery was just replaced and under warranty. He said with us? I said no. He said ok then I will have to charge you 200+ for a service appointment? I was like what ? Never in my life have I been charged for a service appointment, especially when it's coming directly from where I bought the car & has an active alert. Beware of them trying to scam women & probably older people. I told Calvin thanks for wasting my time. I will be calling corporate office to file a complaint with Chevy directly. Don't buy a car from here or do service unless you want to be ripped off.

The worst buying experience ever. We paid cash for a corvette. They knew for days we were buying it. They say they deliver and bring paperwork to your home! They don't! The car was not ready. They gave us one key and said we could return for a full detail. We will not. We will buy from another dealership and highly recommended you buy elsewhere!! Terrible experience! I should have babysat the deal with the two men! Lesson learned! Never again! We pay $100,000 for a vehicle and you don't have two keys ready really? You brought us in to up sale us a warranty! We were seriously going to buy another car from this dealership! I would happily return the car and buy elsewhere! The service and experience was not there! Beyond disappointed! Not impressed at all. Terrible dealership and seriously cleanup your show room and offices! It' really lets the public know how dirty you really are inside and out!

Purchased a new Yukon Denali on 12/2/23. Dealership didn't send the payoff for our trade for 11 days and when they did, they sent it to the wrong address. Subsequently we receive contact from the prior lien holder. After multiple calls to the dealership, the accounting department tells us the address was fixed and should be delivered within three business days. When asked what if it doesn't post prior to the 30 day due date? We were told "Don't worry about it, we send letters to you to send the credit agencies to fix that". Essentially, the dealership got paid, sold a vehicle and when they make a mistake that adversely affects the customer, it becomes the customer's responsibility to resolve the issue. Unreal! Funny thing is once the deal was done, all they cared about was their ratings to GMC for the survey. All we can say about that place is the salesman was alright, but now that the deal is, or should be done and they got paid, their customer service absolutely falls flat. Our advice if you're in the market for a GMC product would be to steer clear of that dealership.

If I could if given a zero stars I would of. The customer service is terrible at this location and I'm a GMS customer. I paid for the extended warranty with the maintenance package and never received it. I have been calling, emailing and texting Sammy the finance manager and he's not been able to fix it for over 3 months. You call the dealership and they all pass the buck to someone else. They are only interested in selling you a car not taking care of you afterwards. I have asked for the owner, GM and Sales manager and no one called me back. However someone did call me asking if I was interested in buying a new car So now I'm calling General Motors and the BBB tomorrow and file a complaint. Then if no action is taken I'm filing a lawsuit.

I spoke to a service writer on the phone to schedule an appointment. I dropped off my car at the scheduled time but two days later.....they hadn't even looked at my car. I was advised it could take two more days before they could look at it because they were busy. The service writer was very condescending by using phrases such as you should know we are busy if you have ever used a dealership before. I promptly picked up my car at day 2 in the afternoon without any service nor even a mechanic looking at it. There were several other customers picking up their cars too without any service done. So beware....if you need a place to park your car for 4 days with no service, this is your place.

On a pleasant day, we visited Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale with the aim of buying a family car in preparation for the arrival of our new baby, due in January. We invested our savings and even sold our old van to complete this purchase. The features of the Honda Odyssey impressed us, but we were bemused by the presence of a warning light on the dashboard indicating a technical flaw. The sales representative assured us, it reflected minor issues with timing belt water pump, TPMS, and wheel sensors, all of which would be resolved as part of the 'we owe' agreement. However, we were disheartened when only code erasure was done instead of the promised repairs, under the pretext that the vehicle was safe. Despite this misleading act, we collected the car from the dealership, trusting there commitment to send a $200 check for the inconvenience--which we never received. The engine light and other warning codes resurfaced the very next day, prompting us to return to the dealership. Although your team initially promised to rectify the issue, these commitments remain unfulfilled, and we were further informed that the 'we owe' document would no longer be honored. So how are we supposed to recommend a dealership that actually does not honor their customers by providing a safe vehicle?A mans world is all i need to trust someone. But for you to write it down and sign to promise to take care of it is on another level.THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIFE.My family and i will be telling the whole world about our experiences.

Customer service is awful. I made an appointment to get my oil changed with Kurt and get a detail provided by my warranty. I called Kurt the day before to verify the detail would be done and there was no response back. If it wasn't for the detail I would have gone somewhere else that didn't cost me $130 for an oil change. I arrived for my services and they told me they don't detail cars anymore and I had to talk to sales. I waited for the Chase (the sales rep that sold me the car) for an hour before I asked someone else for help. I was then informed that I didn't need to talk to sales but to talk to finance. It took 5 minutes with finance and they called over to get the detail and oil change done. I guess the detail I waited for was only for the outside and they "might use a vacuum on the inside". Not worth the extra money to get the warranty. All in all very bad experience.
