I wrote an email at 10pm and by 9am the next morning, the sales manager was reaching out to me to discuss times to bring my Jeep in! Freaky fast response time! They diagnosed the steering issue that plagued my Jeep for over a year within an hour. Adam went over all the options in detail and ordered the parts for delivery that week. Jeep was back the following week and all the work was completed the same day! Communication via text,email and phone was excellent! Couldn’t ask for more. My wife is ecstatic! She would barely drive her precious Jeep, which she says makes her feel badass, and is a symbol of her beating breast cancer! She drove it this past weekend and said it back to normal and drives amazing! Thank you so much Venture! Now more accessories since she driving it again :)

If you like being ignored when trying to get them to redo work that they screwed up then you’ll love this place!
New axles seals… failed
Rear main seal replacement… failed
Slip Yolk Eliminator install… trashed my transfer case!
They might be okay for simple add on’s but for real mechanical work I’d avoid this place!
RE: I did bring it back…twice… you did nothing but look at it. you made zero attempt to contact me, you ignored my texts, emails & voicemails. You did not reply to the BBB’s request or respond to the certified letter I sent you. You were fully aware that I do not live in Arizona, not that simple to keep bringing it back!

VO has installed a lift on my JLUR and a leveling kit on my Ram among other things. Doesn't matter the vehicle or job, always quality work and they stand behind what they do. Mike has helped me out in a pinch more than once and his guys are extremely knowledgeable. They have given me solid advice on mods and saved me headaches and $$$ from making mistakes and cheaping out on inferior parts. VO was highly recommended to me a few years ago from other auto places in the Airpark. I'm thankful I found a solid 4x4 shop that i can trust.

Found this shop it’s convenient close to my job. They’ve done few major upgrades on my jeep already. Mike and his guys are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended good quality of work.

Excellent experience with these folks. Bumper, Winch and lightbar install on my Tacoma. The work was outstanding and very fast. I will definitely use them again for any future work.

Brought our JK to Mike and his team to inspect and offer their advice. After a thorough inspection they suggested sensible upgrades that we're in the process of completing. Full-service shop that has great mechanical knowledge and fabrication capability. Couldn't be happier with their customer service, honesty, and fair pricing!

The coolest off road shop out there. I took my 4Runner to their shop because I had a tire rubbing issue inside the fender with my new tires. They quickly fixed the issue and would not charge me. Seriously, how cool is that? I would highly recommend Venture Off Road. Adam and the staff are an honest good group of guys.

I’ve visited several different shops out here in the valley and I can honestly say that the best service that I have ever received for my modified Jeep was here with the crew at Venture OffRoad! The owner Mike ensures that you’re very well taken care of and his staff Adam, Griffin and Marc are all phenomenal! Hands down, this is best shop for all of your OffRoad needs. Stopped in to inquire about an install job for a new suspension lift kit I purchased for our 4Runner. Staff was very friendly, took time to explain everything, printed out estimate and actually said could install that week. Was finished in 24hrs with alignment (send over to local shop they trust).
