Stopped in for n 07/25/2023 and visited with Associate Kaycee regarding a technical problem on my phone. It was an easy fix for Kaycee and I was out of the store in two minutes. Great customer service! Highly recommend!!

My boyfriend and I worked with Lisa and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She did everything she could to make sure we were getting the best deal and that we were taken care of. She went above and beyond which is refreshing when everyone else just tries to take advantage of you. We came in to inquire about home internet but left with not only that but also one new phone and two lines for service. I am not a fan of the people in that area because they are prude and entitled, but Lisa made it 100% worth it.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience went in to get home internet fixed cause I did it online and it got messed up in transit ups didn't notify me and I had to send it back but Lisa and her manager Helped me tremendously and I left with a new phone and home internet as well I couldn't thank Lisa enough she did everything to get us a Great deal And she was very helpful and Great customer service as well definitely will be going back If I every need any help or to Get anymore devices or accessories I will definitely be going back to this Verizon for sure

Employee shift working6/20/2023 @9:30 am-Extremely unprofessional-Not wanting to work-Short responses while having an attitude-Zero respect givenI personally walked out mid way through interaction due to staff being unprofessional.—My reasoning for coming in—-Upgrade x2 phone lines-Add additional line-Convert entire account into business account-Schedule plans for my entire staffThis staff needs re-training of basic stills.I’ll try another store.

This team killed it I went in right before they closed and they took great care of me went to a different location at lunch and they didn’t know what to do to help me out as best as possible could every staff member at this location was great at a time they just wanted to go home .. I work at discount tire where we stay till the very last minute to take care of a customer even if it means to stay past our closing time and I took great pride and happiness that our company is not the only place that take care of there customers as if they are one of there own !!! Great job team !!

Arrived at 4:07 (Sunday store closes at 5PM). Store was unwilling to help business customer with 8 new lines for existing business customer who has 17 active lines. Extremely poor customer experience. Very disappointing.

I was thinking about coming in to trade up on a new IPhone but after reading these reviews I’m thinking I might switch carriers. Sounds like Verizon is a sinking ship.

The 'service' at this location has been repeatedly poor for several years. I first thought it was due to COVID restrictions but don't feel so any longer. Today I waited over an hour once checked in. Four clerks walked past all of us multiple times and I didn't see or hear any of them greet or acknowledge any of us until it was 'our turn'.

The manager of this place has no concept of customer service. Spent an hour with sales guy going through all the BS I have been through and he was confident everything needed was done for upgrade. I told him numerous times to be sure. I have a business account with 10 lines. Confirmed $800 trade in credit. Has me pay off current phone. I said are you sure you have everything right. He said he's. Takes my Amex pays it off. Then gets to new phone and goes "I made a mistake" I can only do $400. I said that wasn't what we discussed. Got manager. I calmly said then give me $ back on the buy out - says no that's final. Can't be reversed. Makes ZERO effort to make it right. Couldn't care less. As a business owner myself - I would be disgusted with this training. They couldn't care less about customers.

My family and I walked on on New Year’s Day (25 min prior to them closing) for an upgrade and was told by what might be the manager, “my reps are only paid until x time, so you can wait but may not get served”. Like what? That’s what working in retail comes with. You may or may not leave on time. If it’s not for you then find a different occupation. What a shame as it wasn’t like we were window shopping. We chose to take our business to the store down the street who gladly helped us as we made it in before they closed. This experience coupled with the lady’s attitude was poor.

Quick to get to and easy location. Like any other Verizon real-seller, the service itself is slow, and you'll be in the store for typically an hour or more because it's almost always busy. If you have time to wait, this isn't a bad place.

Stopped by to upgrade our sons phone and they said we have to make an appointment, they don't take walk ins. The store we stopped in down in Mesa took walk ins and they were super friendly. Ridiculous way to run a business.

Came to get a new phone, that is upgrade from existing one. At 2:25pm on a Sunday afternoon store manager told me that she cannot take more customers as there are 7 people ahead of me. The store closes at 5pm! That is more than two and half hours I exclaimed!!!Yes - but we will not stay late and some people will get off early...So, they will rather turn me away than take my money. And they could care less....

Stopped in so that my husband could buy the new Apple 14 and the lady at the door told the gentleman in front of us that they were too busy to see anyone else for the day because they close at 5pm... it's 2:30pm. My husband told the lady (who might have been the manager) that he is wanting to buy a new phone and she told him to do it online. Wowwwww!!!!
