I was assisted by Daron today and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about my phone and made sure that I understood how to use it before I left. He was pleasant and inviting when I walked into the store.

We have used this Verizon location several times over the last few years and have always had exceptional experiences. Richard was our contact for years so we were sad to hear he was no longer at this location. Congrats to him on his promotion with Verizon. Kelly H was our representative today, she was welcoming informative and extremely knowledgeable on what we needed. Thank you Kelly! We appreciate you!

Wonderful experience in store with Ian. My fiance and I came in with many questions, guidance needed, and some hand holding. We walked out with two new phones, a better plan, and a new found appreciation for Verizon. Thank you, Ian!!

What can I say? The staff at this store is fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and I would trust each and every one of them with the keys to my porsche. I need to give the biggest shout out to a girl there named Alexis. She set me up with a brand spankin new s23 ultra and I couldn't be happier with it. She also taught me how to use these little text picture things ????? . In conclusion if you don't pay this location a visit you are missing out on not only a hoot but a holler as well

This Verizon store has to be the absolute best in the valley. The employee Kaycee, who helped me, went above and beyond. She walked me through how everything worked and made me feel so comfortable. They also have a backpack event that they do every year. Kaycee talked to me about it and I will definitely bring my family!

I had come in just before closing… Ian was already helping another customer but made time for my issue. Even though it was late, he patiently listened to and addressed all of my concerns, and even called Verizon corporate support to ensure that my issue was resolved. After dealing with a very frustrating hardware issue that had been progressively getting worse, Ian finally helped to deliver a resolution, like a breath of fresh air after many dead ends. Really this was one of the best customer service experiences that I have had at any cellular store, or at any store for that matter in recent memory. I plan on returning in person when I am ready to upgrade hardware, and highly recommend others to work with Ian when they are ready to add lines or upgrade devices. Thank you! A+++

My family and I went into the Verizon store the day before the I-Phone 15 launch day. We were a day too early! No worries, Serena (the Manager) asked us to come back the next day to get the phones, yet provided us with some information in the meantime as to what we could expect for trade in's, the cost of the various models of the phones, and possible available colors. We came back the next day, and Serena surprise us with getting more for our trade ins, she convinced me to trade my I-phone 12 in, (due to the great trade in value), and her customer service was impeccable. She told us how everything would work, and provided exactly what she told us. No bait and switch. Very pleasant, exceptional cell phone buying experience. Ian was also very helpful later in the day with finishing our transaction, since Serena toggles between the stores on North Scottsdale Road. I can't express how refreshing it was to get great customer service, and an honest experience in today's world. Everyone should do business with this Verizon store, you won't be disappointed!

I normally don’t write reviews but after having such a great experience i had to! Ian was great! He was so Plesant to work with , answered all my questions , and found solutions in a timely manner. Best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store yet!

I made the switch from T-Mobile and to Verizon. I had been throwing money at T-Mobile for years and had a bad experience with their customer service at a store earlier this week, so I said ‘I am done!’. My two phone lines I had just started were not working, turns out t mobile was holding onto my number so I couldn’t port it.Went in the store to fix this issue, buy an iWatch and came out with the 5g internet and another phone. Ian was who helped me, he was patient, kind, and very helpful. He went out of his way to help me and answer every single question I had, unlike the experience I had at the other carrier earlier in the week. He acknowledged customers, and took care of our needs in between that but never got carried away and came back. I think to operate an efficient business, you have to work like he did. I got the 5g internet, tested my devices on the network, and I think I am going to cancel Cox now because it is working like a charm.

Lost my phone today, I went in and Serena saved me. She went above and beyond to help me out and finally after trying for 30 minutes to get into my new phone I was saved. I don’t meet many people like her but I’m glad I did as she is absolutely amazing and has won my loyalty.

Stopped in today to set up 5G internet and was privileged to work with Ian who walked me through the process with utmost professionalism knowledge and kindness.
