Today I bought an Apple 14 Pro Max at Verizon Silverstone location - Scottsdale RD and Pinnacle Peak. It was a great experience - Colby Brenner me helped through every step. All the employees at this location are tops. I highly recommend.

Get a print out of what your 2 or 3 year bill will be. Quoted something, Verizon didn’t agree. This is an independent store. Go to a true one, sign paperwork that shows what you pay. This place decides to ‘guess’

I prefer this location over others because of the friendly staff. My girlfriend and I wanted to get new phones and Ian was super helpful and very polite. I will always return to this location and ask for him whenever I need help.

Serena at Verizon store TCC Silverstone is AMAZING. So incredibly helpful and saved me totally when my phone crashed. I am so grateful to her for the assistance and have a brand new phone with all my old data restored. Ask for Serena she is a miracle worker!!!!!!
