A group of friends and I visited Arizona for the first time and decided to go to the mall to help a friend pick out her birthday gift . Peyton greeted us with the biggest smile when we arrived. He was super friendly and was very patient with my friend who was trying on robes. He never got frustrated and was very accommodating by running in and out to the back room to get different sizes for her. She ended up changing her mind and buying shoes instead, but Peyton maintained great customer service the entire time. I had my eye on a particular bag the entire time but opted out of getting it. Peyton knew this because he was very attentive! Before I knew it, Peyton came out of the back with the most beautiful bag. I couldn't resist! I had to get it! He wrapped it up so beautifully, it looked like a professional wrapping company did it. Unfortunately it was too big to take as carry-on on the plane but Peyton stepped right in and offered to ship it. My bag will be delivered in a couple of days! Peytons customer service, outgoing personality, and attentiveness is unmatched! When we come back to Arizona will definitely be visiting this store again!

Came in to get a Versace Watch I received as a gift resized. While waiting an employee came and apologized for the long wait and admitted that this location doesn't typically do watch sizing and they don't necessarily have a dedicated person who knows how to do the sizing. Shortly after, my watch was returned to me broken and I was told that my watch broke their tool, they referred me upstairs to a watch repair shop where even they couldn't fix the watch and said that the Versace store completely screwed up the watch.2 stars because after I came back they helped me figure out warrantying the watch and they owned their mistake. But -3 cause honestly I would have just rathered they admit they couldn't do the resize and refer me upstairs to the repair shop in the first place but instead they broke my watch seemingly irreparably. Had to go to Nordstrom where the watch was originally purchased to get it replaced entirely.

I walked into the store and I noticed a man standing behind the glass display on the right side of the entrance. I approached him and asked for help since no one else was on the sales floor attentively watching future customers. His response after I interrupted his personal phone use was, “I’m only the security here, ask one of the ladies.” I kept walking to the middle of the store and stood there awkwardly, pacing, looking aimlessly, and two associates clearly looked at me and didn’t bother to ask if I needed any help. One of them gave me eye contact and walked away twice! Finally I asked one of them, “Are you busy with a customer?” And she said with a startled look, “Oh no sir, how can I help you.” This was my first time visiting such a store and I expected superb customer service on par with such a name. I will now order online for future purchases unless I absolutely must walk-in to see any item in person.

When we walked into the store the man at the first display said I could take a picture of my son In store. He is a big Versace fan and it was his first time in a Versace store. The blond woman quickly and rudely said NO, NO pictures! And, then watched us like we would steal or something. Sad to treat an excited sweet teen like he is less than. You never know who might be a huge client or who is being inspired or is excited by fashion because of a visit to a flagship. I don’t care if what fashion house you work for, you are nothing without the consumer. Be kind.

They don’t have the best customer service, it’s very disappointing for a store that sells such high end products. I hope Versace in Scottsdale would change for the better because I don’t want to come back when they’re not even trying

Staff was friendly despite that I don't quite look the part I had seen a pair of sunglasses recently when at my eye Dr I thought my wife might like and was surprised to see they were about 20% less then at the Dr office so she tried on several pair went with the one i picked

I have not had the best experience with Versace in general. I bought a hair clip and some earrings online,(not the only thing I have gotten from Versace). I got the wrong side hair clip and some earrings broke on me, ($700 earrings and $300 hair clip). I went into the store for them to tell me that everything I buy online has be returned online. I live 45 mins away from the mall. I expressed to them that I also I have a purse that I bought that keeps snapping off on me and it’s so embarrassing, they took my phone number to “call me” when they get a new arm handle in for my purse and they never did. I have returned my earrings and hair clip online, and they only refunded me the hair clip and I’m still waiting for my return for the earrings. It has been about 2 months now that I returned the earrings and still no refund. I have gotten a new hair clip for the right side, and now that hair clip is loose!!!! I don’t know what to do at this point. I’m very frustrated with Versace!!

Love this store! Although my order took longer then expected , Karolina and Steven both were very helpful and communicated all details thru out the process and Im happy to say both shoes were a great fit! Amazing! Definitely check them out! Some amazing pieces!
