My appointment was the first one of the day at nine o'clock. That being said everyone was very helpful in verykind. I was not rushed and everyone helped me with everything I needed. It was a great experience and I was out of there quickly.

The doctor takes our entire health into consideration and Saba is amazing! Knows everything eyes and marches your personality with the frame design. She treats us like cousins!

Dr. Lehmann was outstanding! He was very thorough and explained everything to me so that I felt confident that my issue was addressed. Really set my mind at ease. Very professional!! The entire staff was pleasant and extremely competent. I would highly recommend Visionworks.

Dropped in without an appointment to see if they could repair some frames. The frames were damaged beyond repair, but I asked if they could swap out the lenses (just shy of 1 year old) with the same frames. Bradley was able to find the same frame and quickly changed out the lenses and fitted them. Such great service! I didn't expect to walk out with repaired glasses, figured I would have to pick them up days later. Thanks Bradley!

I ordered a new pair of lenses for an existing pair of frames. When I picked up the set of glasses, I saw that the frames have been cracked at some point. I took them back, and Bradley the manager told me to pick out any pair of glasses and they would replace them for free. That was outstanding. I had trouble getting the new pair to fit on my head and face, but they worked with me until we got it sorted out. Then I dropped that new pair and scratched the scratch resistant lenses and even though I didn’t have a protection plan on that pair of glasses, they replaced the lenses for free. Bradley and the other team members were always super kind, always providing outstanding customer service. The only reason I gave four stars out of five is because my original pair of glasses was returned to me cracked after having the lenses replaced and no one said anything. But the situation was rectified couldn’t have been more top-notch.

Frames are poorly made. Visionworks does NOT stand behind any of their frames. There are so many glass companies who do eye exams that you would think they would have better warranties for the frames they sell.
