I received a brand of contacts that I did not order.On the day of my appointment, the receptionist asked me if I want to try another brand of contacts I kindly answered no and gave her my explanation: I had already tried other brands, and the one that fits my eyes is Biofinity Toric CooperVision after that, the ophthalmologist asked me what brand I use after that, he tells me that it's a good brand and he won't change it after finishing my exam he ordered a pair of trial contacts so he told me to come back as soon as they contact me, then I picked them up and he tells me to come back to see how I feel in two weeks, well I came back after two weeks and I told him that my eyes felt dry with them and he adds but at the moment or at the beginning? something like that I tell him yes and that I felt the graduation has to improve, he explained to me that the graduation is fine for my eyes and he made me read the letters again, well, he makes me go to those who are in charge of ordering the contacts and they ask me the same question, would like to try another brand and reply the same as “no” and the reason, I paid and left I went back for my contacts after a week or so and the receptionist gives me my contacts face down and told me ‘this is right and this is left’ she made me sign and I left. when I get home I saw that the brand is different from the one I use, I called and let them know. The lady said that their brand is a generic Coopervision and it is cheaper. Who asked for a generic? The only thing I am looking for is something comfortable for my eyes, she told me that she will return the call then, I received the call from another assistant and she let me know that it is the same brand of Biofinity Toric but with their label.So it is generic or is it the same? is it what I asked for?Unfortunately, it is a waste of time.I will try the trial again and then I will make the decision to keep their "generic brand" or return them.

Terrible customer service. Long story short. Day after Thanksgiving my son and I had eyes examined and ordered two pair of eyewear each. $$$ I had contact exam and needed a follow up two weeks after. Went back in mid Dec but contacts didn't fit or work well. Another set of trial contacts ordered. I hear nothing. Early January I called and employee (Amanda?) says the contacts are on backorder! For a month no one from the store reached out to explain this? Fine. She advised she would leave them on back order but would work on getting a different pair coming as well. It is now mid March and hitting a fourth holiday with still yet no contacts so I reached out and amazing they have my contacts!!! Melody claims they texted me in Jan but yet I said I wouldn't be this agitated if I had gotten a text and to top it off, what kind of customer service is provided if they don't follow up?? Please avoid Visionworks all together or for sure this location.

Outstanding customer service!!! Thank you so so much to the amazing staff at VisionWorks for helping me solve a solution! Worked with so many other companies to help me receive contacts, and the staff at VisionWorks were the only ones to help me out! 12/10 Reccomendation!!

My son and I were in at thanksgiving 2022 timeframe and had eye exams (I did contact exam). Each ordered two pair of glasses and I was given trial pair of contacts. Picked up our glasses and happy with those but trial pair of contacts were not a good match so on my follow up was told another trial contact would be ordered and would receive a call when they were in. Nothing. I reached out to the store and was then told "they were on backorder" which is fine but no communication was ever relayed to me. She then said doctor would get different trial contacts for me a month and a half later, I'm still without a trial set. Four months with no resolve and my son and I spent a lot of money but for this type of customer service I will not be going there again. Another business will appreciate my business. Do not visit at least this location as their service is terrible. Locate another optometrist. Run!

I was pleased with the optometrist at this location. The girl that helped me was Hispanic, probably in tiger early twenties. She was not very personable--I was assisted by her both when I arrived initially and when I picked up my glasses. My order of one pair of glasses was supposed to be ready by December 17. When I check the website may be a day before that it noted that my glasses needed to be addressed a bit more and I would receive an update the website or I should say the email that I received never updated and on December 29th I finally called the location to find out what the issue was. I believe the girl's name that answered the phone was Chloé. She said, "Oh, let me check the store and see if they're here." When she got back on the line, she said yes, we have them here. There was no apology--nothing. So I truly wonder if I had never called would I have ever received a call from them, or how long would it have taken for them to call me? I will probably never return to Visionworks because of this.

Very POOR service. Spent over $500.00 for two pairs of glasses with insurance!The glasses were scratched & never had been checked prior to being called to come in to pick them up.One frame was bent, rude customer service, non caring attitude, Extremely unprofessional.Don't waste your money or time at this location of Vision-works.

I don't post bad reviews often but my experience at this location was terrible. Save yourself the stress and avoid this location at all costs. The exam check in ladies are completely incompetent- I was told by them that my insurance was inactive.. After 30 minutes of waiting for them to try to figure it out on their end, calling my HR to confirm that my vision insurance was indeed NOT inactive, they suddenly found my insurance. No sorry, just rudeness from the ladies working the exam area. They used the excuse "we just got a new system" and a couple weeks later when I went to pickup my contacts, I heard them say the same thing to another person that they were having some kind of insurance troubles with. It's not hard to be kind, and to apologize when you've messed up.

From beginning to end it was a very professional but friendly environment. Amanda was excellent And Saba, of course the Best was the excellent care of the Optometrist. Very detailed and relatable. Gave me attention and told me my options. Definitely recommend

This particular location is run by admin staff lacking in common sense. The first time I visited, I had already checked in at the front only to be told that my employer didn't input my information with my insurance provider and had to leave. It was also extremely crowded with unruly children running around everywhere. They wasted my time, but I was willing to forgive their mistake as this was my first time using my insurance policy.My employer made immediately attended to the matter, only to confirm that the Visionworks staff was wrong and I did in fact have active coverage. I made a second appointment with them as they were nearby and in-network, only to get a voicemail stating I gave them "health insurance, which we do not take". The voicemail then stated that I would need to pay out-of-pocket, or do their work for them and reschedule if I "figure out if I have vision insurance" (which by the way, is on the office staff to figure out – if they done a closer investigation with my insurance card, they would know I have vision coverage). I called my insurance provider myself immediately, and they confirmed that Visionworks was extremely wrong and I did have vision coverage through my health insurance plan.Thankfully, my insurance provider's customer service team has a little bit more brain power and was able to let me go to my former eye doctor (whose office staff I am very happy with) without paying any additional fees, as it turns out their other location is also in-network.I will definitely never come here, regardless if my insurance plan is in-network with Visionworks, thanks to their incompetent staff.

Went in for an eye exam and talked to the eye doctor about lasik and he gave me awesome advice on how to speed up my recovery (wear glasses not contacts as much as you can before procedure) and I’m a little over one week post procedure and I feel totally normal and don’t have dry eyes at all! I know others who have gotten lasik and had dry eyes for weeks and we’re not given the same information I was. Definitely would recommend this place as the eye Dr is super knowledgeable with your best interest in mind!

I went for a contact prescription and glasses. From the point I step into the reception waiting area im met with rude attitudes from reception and she likes to act like youve never been to an eye doctor appointment. The doctor will test you and then give you the wrong prescription in your trial pair and acts like it wont drive you insane. I specified i drive for work and i cant read well if its not on a bright led screen. No sign on a road is led, and clear vision is necessary. I feel as if its a way to get me to buy the contacts from them and they do have my correct trial pair. If they didnt have the right pair. As a doctor wouldnt u want your patient to leave seeing their best. Not this guy. This is an inappropriate business practice. Then the doctor has me mumble half a line and try to read 3 letters spaced apart... i cant see what road im turning on from the opposite side. they wont ask you if youd like to spend an extra "so and so" on insurance for when the glasses u buy break and the scratch resistance i paid for in my sun glasses (i got half off). I had one ulcer when i was in 8th grade the guys test is less than a second long when he stares at you with his prism blocks and he says, "yeah you have a lot of scars" hey a****** i only have one scar not in my eyesight. Absolutely the worst eye doctor ive been to in all my life. No pictures but im seeing that my 600 dollar glasses, the come in a vision works case... not the expensive name brand case. I can second this opinion from other post ive seen here.

Bernard is the best. He helped us deal with our son who was being difficult about getting glasses and took the time to adjust my glasses numerous times. Fabulous customer service from him!!

I wish I could give this business 5 stars. I've been going there for years but unfortunately due to this recent mistake they made, I will no longer be going back to this business. I went in 3 weeks ago and had an exam but also purchased contacts. I gave them the address to ship to, we decided to get the annual box, paid, and he said I was good to go. They never arrived. I went in 3 weeks later to say I never received them and they didn't have any record of my purchase. Despite having a receipt of order and an email that says "thank you for your contact lenses order". Instead of taking responsibility, they're making us start an entirely new order that will take 2 weeks to ship and have my dad pick them up and mail them to me IN LONDON (I'm studying abroad there) which will be another few weeks. Their lack of professionalism and responsibility is appalling.

Note :I will update my review hope I could get help on this matter.I had my eye check up here I purchase my eye glass and sunglass here too.The staff at eye glass section was very helpful and the doctor was very thorough on the first day of my eye check up.That was a really great experience knowledgable staff and good customer service.On my follow up check up to to see if I like the trial contact lens prescription that they gave me so I can order my prescription contact lens and color contact lense that i like but I missed my morning appointment so I went to the location to reschedule my appointment and had my eye glass fix screw on the side loosen up a little.I was really glad and thankful that they could take me that day.I explain to doctor lehmann that I really like color prespription contact lens because when I wear color gray or any color contact lens remind me that I am wearing contact lens so I will not forget to remove it. The staff who assisted me could not help me they said I have 3 colors to choose from acuvue define brand thats it.They did not gave me any choice to choose from any brand that has available color contact lens different from my natural eye color.I hope Dr. Lehmann can help me to get color contact lens that I really like.
