This pharmacy at this location is the worst I have ever experienced. Very slow, unhelpful, and couldn't care less about your prescriptions and when you get them. Highly recommend going to another Walgreens or CVS. They also have huge turnover at this location, I'm sure noboby likes working for management there. Stay away!

I went to Walgreens and spent $20 to receive a $5 coupon a few days ago to use towards my "next purchase". Only because I had that coupon I went to Walgreens today to get some items for my upcoming vacation and when I tried to use the coupon I was told that now it's "activated" and I can use it NEXT time. I was so confused and annoyed because I'v never heard of a policy like that.. they're literally making a big deal just to save $5. The person helping me was kind and that's the only reason I give this location 3 stars.

Went in to pick up my prescription and get a few snacks. Service was fast and employees were all friendly. Will keep coming here.

Unable to fill a prescription that was called in by Mayo Clinic hospital well over 24 hours before we arrived to pick it up. The hospital or I were never informed the prescription could not be filled there until we arrived to pick it up. Which was just before closing on a Sunday. The prescription was for intravenous antibiotics needed for the next day. Very stressful scrambling to figure out what to do next. Blank looks on their faces, telling us they do not have the medication.

The last 5 visits have been nothing short of a nightmare. There is always a delay for any prescription I need. Is getting your prescription filled in a reasonable amount of time too much to ask for from a pharmacy?

I went in the other day to buy some vegan snacks, and the two girls at the register were being so nice. However, the manager (according to his name badge) Jon was just standing near the photo counter just blabbing away with another heavy set man with blue scrubs. They nearly blended into the line. They saw how long the line was and didn't offer any help. Is this how you support your store as a "store manager"? The two cashiers deserve so much more!

I can't believe how poorly the pharmacy treated me. I was in the drive through line and they literally closed the window as I drove up. I ran around to the inside and they said "nope, we're closed." When I explained that I was in the line outside, she literally said I wasn't and to come back tomorrow.

Yesterday I drove to get my daughters medication and asked the pharmacist if it was all in the bag she said yes and handed me it. I drove home and I was missing two medications that my daughter severely needed. Yes I should had checked but you expect a person who works in pharmacy to provide ALL of the medication the first time prescribed. Now I have to go back today to get what I could had already gotten for my sick 5 year old daughter. Wasted gas and time. Other then that this location normally has long wait times but I've never had a bad encounter with being greeted or anything as the rest of the reviews.

They are closed a lot during what should be their normal open hours. I’ve gone so many times to pick up a prescription and it’s closed with signs like “short staffed” or “pharmacist not on duty”!! It’s so frustrating because its not that close of a drive for me. I’m switching pharmacies.

AVOID -DRUG SHORTAGES! The staff is great but they are regularly out of important Rx's that need to be taken everyday & fill time is to long. Do not go to any Walgreens or CVS locally. This has been going on over 2 years, I have repeatedly called Corporate Headquarters & District Managers & there is no plan in place for them to correct the situation, I have repeatedly waited over a week to get important medicine that needs to be taken everyday, if Walgreens was proactive they would work with US drug manufacturers to bring back making generic drugs in the USA. Do not go here.

I went to this pharmacy for years because it was close by but it is one of the slowest pharmacies in Phoenix,often the prescriptions are not ready when they are suppose to and you have to come back tomorrow or much later in the day .The one male pharmacist has a VERY BAD ATTITUDE, this is the main reason I switched pharmacies ! The pharmacy is highly understaffed and there is a constant change in help.The drive up window moves at a snails pace.Walgreen´s prices tend to be higher than other pharmacies.

I went to get a covid test and the older Caucasian woman back in the pharmacy area was just so rude. Before I pulled off I asked her why she was being so rude and first she disputed the claims and once I told her about her passive aggressive behavior she began to apologize. She stated that SHE was having a long day. Do better because she almost had an even worst day.

This is the worst service I have ever received from a Walgreens! I have never been so mistreated. I was told that my son's prescription would be done in "awhile" by a girl in a navy sweater and white stripes she was very rude saying that we should have received a text message that was never sent to us? When we told her that we didn't have the text message she said, "well then I guess you won't know when it's done!" I returned almost 5 hours later and a different lady was fired up and told me they did not have my son's prescription filled. She told me had not started it yet, when I asked how long it would take because I had been waiting for 5 hours the same girl with dark hair and a navy blue sweater with white stripes (no name tag) told me yelled over the counter in front of the customer she was helping And she said "you know what maybe you should become a pharamcist tech!" She kept talking back to me and being very disrespectful she was the same lady at the window who greeted us when we had Originally had gone to pick up the prescription and it was not done. I get being busy, but you should NEVER fight with a customer and rudely tell them they should be a pharmacist tech. She did this in front of 7 other people waiting in line. There was one nice lady who was helpful to me after I was miss treated so badly I thanked her for her service and for being so kind.

So rude. Over the top mean and rude. We needed a prescription filled came back 5 hours after dropping it off. It was not ready and all we asked was if they knew about what time we should return again. The persons working the counter yelled" I don't know, maybe you should have been pharmacist tech and you would know. ." . That was the answer we were given. That is so unacceptable. Unfortunately I had to put up with her rudeness to get my prescription filled. Now, I will never go to any Walgreens again anywhere. I changed all of my family' s prescriptions to another pharmacy. Do not go to this pharmacy.
