I've used this pharmacy for years as it is conveniently located. Every time I come out I think why am I still giving them any business. The pharmacy staff specializes in rudeness and inefficiency. I will never use this store again, it is simply awful. Do yourself a favor and find anywhere else for your pharmacy needs.

What an absolute sh!thole. The toothless methhead checker was disgusting. The only thing more offensive than her service was her stench. It's like they hired a street hooker to run the register. Avoid this Walgreens at all costs.

My husband and I made vaccine appointments online today at Walgreen's website, we wanted the Covid newest booster and when we arrived to check in, the lady at the check in window told us they didn't have any Covid vaccines in stock, sorry... We also had an appointment for the RSV vaccine, again, sorry... Fortunately, we only live a few miles away, but nevertheless, what an inconvenience. We are in the process of transferring all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy and will not do business with any Walgreens in this area. Right now, we are waiting for a very important and necessary RX that they cannot get in their store from their warehouse, and they have no idea when it will be in. We only have 5 days before it is time to take this medication, again. What kind of a business is Walgreen's running here? This is really shoddy. If you read this, and perhaps are new to the area, take your business anywhere else!! The employees are always pleasant, but this is just bad business practice. We are talking about more than one Scottsdale Walgreens, this is not isolated to one store.

I went into kept my subscription and the ladies behind the counter were so rude. They left me standing there for five minutes 10 minutes and then when they went to charge me for my prescription, they wanted $1083 that seems prescription was only $10.88 at Costco. I had filled there many times, but I feel I was discriminated upon because I was a white male, they told me to leave the store and go to Costco to refill my prescription and they refuse to give me the same cost as Costco. They laughed at me when I left the store and told me not to leave and a half they were rude and I recommend nobody ever goes to Walgreens to fill a prescription to be put in your life in danger. If you cannot get your prescription filled and they will try to rip you off if you're a white male.

Short staffed most of the time. Long drive through. New hire doesn't know what he is doing or is just extremely slow, hope he can catch up.

This pharmacy has done an excellent job working and supporting their customers and patients. From the Pharmacist to the employees supporting them, they continue to deliver quality customer support and assistance while maintaining a positive attitude. All things considered, I am impressed with their ability to accomplish this based on some of the stress, pressure and attitudes of their customers during these difficult, frustrating times. Thank you for working as hard as you do!!

The pharmacy doesn’t open until 9:00 am. How are people that work suppose to get medicine.

I have covid. I had 3 medications called into this Walgreens. Their website said they would be open until 9:00 pm. My husband went to pick up my medicine after work at 5:30 and the pharmacy was closed. I was prescribed arbuteral for a breathing treatment and an antibiotic because I now have a secondary infection in my lungs. I had been notified by text that they had been filled and ready to pick up. I was devastated when I found out they closed early with no notice. My medicines were locked in there and because they had been filled, I wasn't able to go to another Walgreens. I don't know how they think they can just close and leave a lame note saying come back tomorrow. They should add to the note "we hope you survive the night without your medicines". If they have set up a system that notifies a customer that the medicine is ready, why don't they also notify that same customer that they have to close early. At least we would have a chance to try to get there. This looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Oh... and btw... this is a common occurrence at this store! I will never go back!

Terrible pharmacy. Always very understaffed. Drive thru Usually close due to short staffing. Lines are always a very long wait.

The worst pharmacy in America as a SR citizen they are always out of medication, they have no help, and their drive up window has been out of service 200 out of 220 days. They say your RX is ready then give you a partial and double charge your co pay. This is Scottsdale Az.

Terrible Covid testing experience. They asked me to come in early for testing on Friday morning because they were about to close down for the day with no pharmacist. So I went in on Friday morning but my test has not yet been received by the lab and it is now Monday morning. Go elsewhere for testing

I am a recent widow and since I am not 66 years old I have to pay my own Health insurance , more than us 700 for month. My Doctor prescribed a cholesterol medicine named Rosuvastatin 30 pills for a month. Walgreens charged me us 117 ... when the price is least than us 20! I went to Albertsons and same medicine for us 12,43cents ! I went there and they said call my health's Insurance ... I did ... and the insurance said that it was Walgreens price ... not from them??? Incredible !

Really disappointed in Walgreens & the pharmacy staff here. Visited my doctor a week ago & he called my prescription in immediately. When I came to pick up my medication the same day the pharmacy staff here informed me that my insurance was expired. I knew that was not the case as I made no changes to my insurance, address, and made sure my bill was paid on time. In fact, I have it on autopay. I called to confirm with my insurance, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, and I was correct. My policy is not expired and my bill has been paid. I returned to this Walgreens again today to fill my prescription. A huge waste of my time as they gave me the same BS about my policy being expired. After I had spoken with my insurance company this morning. I proceeded to call my insurance company again, who are great by the way. I did not leave until the Walgreens pharmacist spoke with my insurance agent in front of me via phone. "Magically" Walgreens changed the story & said my insurance was active again. When I went to pay my copay I realized that Walgreens is up charging my medication by a little over $100. My point is this... Do not trust this pharmacy. They clearly have no idea what they are talking about. Stories keep changing and the up charge is upsetting. Download the app. "GoodRX", search for your medication, & find the pharmacy in your area with a fair price. A waste of my time & to be honest I don't trust the pharmacy staff here anymore. I will be taking my business elsewhere & suggest you do the same. Thank You.
