No stars.This place use to be awesome maybe 15yrs ago but has gone downhill over time with no hope in sight. The pharmacy is probably among the worst on the planet, they seem to not even start filling prescriptions until you show up in person and ask about it. Then, it used to be "30min" but overtime grew to 1hr, to hours, to "we'll let you know when its ready" which is days. That's very bad if you are sick or have a bad condition that requires medicine on a regular basis. Who can risk waiting days? They also made an error refencing someone else's insurance and/or account when supposed to be talking with me about mine, then tried to deny it. How does one make a mistake like that?Also, if you try to call them, they'll pick up for half a second and put you on hold. This happens repeatedly. This is outright rude behavior toward customers. What if there is an issue? Walgreens doesn't seem to care or take their pharmacy department seriously. Are they understaffed and overworked? If Walgreens made it into boiler-room conditions, can anyone imagine the safety risk to the public that creates? Or are they just bitter and toxic? That's still dangerous to the public, isn't it? What's going on here with your store Walgreens?It's confusing how they are even still in business and hasn't been torn down and made into a gas station yet. Based their pitifully awful performance, a gas station on that corner would far, far better serve the public.

I hope you have two hours to spare waiting on hold if you try to call the pharmacy. They'll put you on hold, pick up and put you back on hold because presumably the phone rings again since it doesn't want you on hold forever, but they just keep putting you on hold.Hire. More. People. If that's difficult, clearly you're not paying your employees enough.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are rude and unhelpful. Don't both trying to call.. they won't answer. They will pick up the call and immediately put you on hold, repeatedly with no acknowledgment you're on the phone. I was on hold for 50 minutes the other day, they picked up the call and hung up on me. I understand everyone seems to be short staffed in our post Covid world, but kindness goes a long way. They don't even try to be a little kind. They just make you feel like you are completely inconveniencing them.

As a physician trying to return a call from Soni regarding a Rx that was sent today.. your team SUCKS, they picked up the receiver 5-6 times and just hit hold again. After 20 min of this ridiculous game, I gave up. Where is the customer service ?? If you don't answer a Physcians call who is returning your call what in the hell are you being paid for ? Dr Paul

Only been here once for a quick visit to buy something over the counter. Didn’t have any issues. Parking is great and off a main road. Didn’t really talk with staff so can’t account for that. Did find it somewhat difficult to locate certain items that weren’t in correct area but not a huge deal. Mistakes happen.

Yikes. Placed an online photo order, got an email it was ready. Went to pick it up, it was nowhere to be found. The two teenage employees were joking around with each other in front of me saying "you're always losing shit." Told me they would have to reprint them and it would take and hour. No apology. Said I would come back another day to pickup. After leaving within 5 minutes I got an email that they were ready to pickup.. Wont be back.

Glad they fired the guy with multi colored hair. Loved the hair but rudeness and arrogance are a no no. This place advertises specials which are visible on the shelving. But once u get to the register amnesia sets in. Thankfully I had a clerk who pursued my $5 discount by looking it up in a miniature catalogue of discounted items. How archaic. Why not program your register to automatically discount the item. Or is it more profitable to claim amnesia? Kudos to the persistent clerk. You rock.

I am a provider. Attempted to call to speak to pharmacist to discuss a prescription. Was put on hold, taken off hold and immediately put back on hold 8 times. They just continuously recycled the hold, likely so it would quit ringing on their end and never a person picked up. That's terrible service

I have been going to this Walgreens's 4 years. They used to be on the ball but now they constantly don't answer the phone you sit on hold 40 minutes and get hung up on, the drive through is not operational. They never have the medication ready on time, don't update you when they are out of your medication 6 times I've dealt with being with out my meds they don't tell you until after you've waited 25-30 minutes in line and are sent to a different Walgreens to get the medication they should have notified you about on the app or by phone, save yourself the trouble and find another pharmacy this one has gone down hill, and I assure you, you will regret using Walgreens. I have successfully transferred all of my meds but one to other pharmacies but once my refill for this medication is up, I'm done with Walgreens forever!
