So it's not enough now to enter your phone number to get the advertised discounts. Now you need to ALSO clip coupons on their app. I said no. Went home and bought the exact same Systane eye drops on Amazon for $20.87 that Walgreens had for 33.17, which I would have bought for the sale prices of a grand $2 off. I saved over $12 because of Walgreens stupid policies and signed up for auto deliveries at 18.47. I'm so done with Walgreens.

I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up medication just prescribed by doctor for my vomiting and nausea symptoms. Pharmacy just closing for lunch, and that's a bit inconvenient, but no biggie, they should eat. They assured me my meds will be ready for pickup within the hour, and that sounded reasonable, 30 minutes for lunch, and 30 to fill my script.Almost 24 hours later and several checks on my app later I called Walgreens to find my meds were still not filled, and I was mystified by their explanation.Prescriptions are now automatically sent to a warehouse to be filled and delivered to the customer's Walgreens when ready, in my experience later than 24 hours after drop off. Poor employees were trying to convince me that this streamlined the operation. 24 HOURS OF VOMITI G, DEHYDRATION AND POSSIBLE DANDEROUS OUTCOMES compounded by Walgreens making medical decisions on whether my prescription should be filled expeditiously or s÷bt to a warehouse goodness knows where. Pharmacist remarked that automated system, AI presumably, was not smart enough to decide whether the patient needed meds immediately or not. My life in Walgreens hands, terrible customer service, dangerous business decision to make a buck, Walgreens is losing my business, and should lose yours too if you care about yours and your family's health.

New employees like the pharmacies not friendly and rude lady. She rushes you and not patients. When my son picks up my prescription and would like to talk to her the lady pharmacist, won't talk to me about the prescription.I have to call Walgreen to be able to talk to her.I am not happy on this pharmacy when Bob pharmacists there everything good. But he is no longer working there, and this new pharmacists is not good.I wish I can find another pharmacy. This Dynamite location is very near to my house. But service not good and Lisa the manager is not a good manager.

This is a great store. The traffic isn't constant in this store. I've been the only customer in the store and within 5 minutes, there are 8 people in line to cash out. The staff has always been competent and courteous.

Been shopping there for 5 years, once or twice a week (and the only game in town (10 mins. away vs. 20-25 for my location). Constantly, and I mean constantly out of the most simple goods. Milk, Coors Light Beer (my pref), cleaning products, etc. They don't even stock Comet powered cleanser, instead they sell a brand "Bartenders Magic", or something like that. Stuff is crap. The area I live is 98% septic and yet don't sell Rid-X or anything like it. Long and short, it's not the staff, it's the flippen greedy, "let's overcharge on everything", ignorant and callous corporate entity. The staff's hands are tied. I would gladly shop, for a quick run, anywhere else. Walgreen's as a whole sucks.

I seldom leave reviews not to mention bad ones, but I am extremely disappointed by the complete lack of basic customer service I received. I have only ever had an amazing experience here until recently and I hope posting this will encourage their pharmacy staff to better lead their team. I have an infant son who had a prescription called in for a horrible ear infection. When I arrived I was rudely informed they were out of stock. The pharmacist was speaking through the drive through window and went to shut it before I could get a word out. When I asked him if he was able to look up who was he looked so annoyed, and stated I would have to call around and "find out for myself." I tried to reiterate that it was medically necessary and ask if there was anything he could do and he shook his head and closed the window. I spent the next 24 hours on hold with various Walgreens pharmacies for 30 minutes+ to no avail. The following day (a Sunday) I had to drive around town to those open since very few are. I waited in line only to get out because my 1 year old cannot sit in his carseat for 30 minutes+ for this task. When I finally got through one and learned they were out of stock, she happily looked up which pharmacies were in stock, called them directly to confirm, and led me in the right direction. Her customer service that this pharmacist absolutely had access to yet simply was not considerate enough to offer me could have saved me and my son over 24 hours of horror. It only took her five minutes. Additionally, the next Walgreens ended up having only a different strength in. I informed her of my situation, that it's difficult to get ahold of my pediatrician because it's the weekend, most other pharmacies are closed, etc. She then took it upon herself to call my pediatrician's line for pharmacists to have the other strength sent in. I hope this Walgreens pharmacy is able to learn from this post to see what their complete lack of care or concern for their customer's situation leads to. Even if their systems were down or there was an excuse for such poor treatment, communicating this alone would have spared them this public post. I am incredibly grateful for the pharmacy staff at the Walgreens on Southern & McClintock and Dobson & Warner for their amazing service. I hope the pharmacy staff at this location on Dynamite & Alma School (yes, an hour away) can learn from them. If they aren't able to do better, I would advise anyone with a sick child or time-sensitive prescription to go elsewhere. Especially if you need said medication on a weekend and have limited access to exploring other options.

I've been going here for 14 years. It's convenient and all employees have been friendly. I find some good buys during sales and some food items over priced but if you add time and gas to go further it's worth extra .50 /1.00. 4 stars because sometimes the trash out front is overflowing, looks bit "trashy" excuse the pun ;) but other than that I've enjoyed shopping here .

This store is our little local place. It is the closest place to many of us for any type of item. Because of this they stock more food items then most Walgreens. The staff has always been polite, friendly, helpful and are almost like family. The pharmacy is the busiest I have ever seen, yet they are invariably polite and helpful. I have never personally had any issues with the front or back of store. I have received numerous vaccines with no problems. The only issue I have ever seen is the customers that didn't want to wear a mask during countywide mandates. This area is split as far as who will and won't wear a mask, and you see the result at m all the local stores. I am happy with this store and surprised at the number of unhappy folks that posted reviews. We are still a bit country out here and neighbors help neighbors, and I consider this Walgreens my neighbor.

I was horrified by what a I saw at Walgreen's today as I passed the pharmacy area. The main pharmacist was on the telephone. Her mask was pulled down under her chin and around her neck. She rubbed her mouth with her hand, switched the phone to that hand, hung up and started typing. Lord knows where all of her mouth germs went. I know for sure I will never have another prescription filled at that pharmacy.

NEVER GOING BACK!! Horrible customer service and no accountability. New pharmacy manager tried to make it my fault that his staff didn't fill my prescription properly. He can't do his job properly. Don't trust him with anything. Oh and he'll threaten to charge you with a felony if he doesn't like you asking questions about why your prescription hasn't been filled and on his poor customer service. He deserves to be fired. Tried this pharmacy again after the last pharmacy manager got fired. Dropped a prescription off for my dog. They said it would be ready in 2 days because they had to order the medication. I went back 4 days later. They said they never filled it and didn't bother to contact me. My dog is now completely out of medication that he needs to survive. This level of incompetence in customer service is not acceptable. Do yourself a favor and go to the next closest pharmacy.

This place is the only drug store in the Troon North area. The next closest place is about 5 miles away. That deserves 5 stars alone. It's run by sweet people that are always personable and say hi. Good enough for me!
