Tennille and Alex element above and beyond for me this evening!!! I came to print some photos and the app and the photo computer were not participating….. Tennille was absolutely amazing, helpful, kind, patient and completely took over and helped make it all work. I actually couldn’t believe how sweet she was. She should be recognized for her professionalism and care… rare these days!!

Please believe every word that has been negatively said about this location. Went in to return an item I purchased with my Debit Card to be told that I would have to get store credit I called customer service and they explained there's no reason I should get a store credit for a Debit Card purchase which they were clearly able to see on their end that I infact used my Debit Card on an item purchased 5 days ago. If the assistantmanager had finished out the process she would have seen that it was only issuing a store credit for the $2 dollar rewards I used and not the entire purchase which I received my cash at the original store I purchased the item from along with my $2 gift card for the rewards used. I'd like to know what type of training does Walgreens give management that doesn't even understand a simple return transaction. What a shame for a customer to be embarrassed in front of other customers because a manager wants to tell me that with all the fraud going on that's why they cannot give me my money, wth does that have to do with me, a customer that has the receipt, license and card that was used which proves it was me along with the fact I've been a rewards member for over 15 years. Walgreens doesn't give two you know what's about their customers anymore they want to cry about fraud and make their good loyal customers suffer due to them dropping the ball and not doing their due diligence with the people that have wronged them that's their fault not ours. And to add insult to the issue treat their good customers nasty and rude that manager who was working tonight needs to be coached on how to talk to customers and learn their systems and what it means when xyz comes up. It's a shame at her age she should know how to deal with customers in a professional manner. I will not be returning to this location the energy is negative just look at past reviews. 2.8 rating that means horrible service that has been going on for a while now.

Withhold your comments and just tell me come back when we have the new tags up. I was going to leave anyways I worked in retail before its annoying when someone shops and you don't have all the tags up yet. Everyone seems to be timid there possibly the next sears

They recently remodeled and it looks amazing! The service is very nice I met wonderful people such as Brendan, and Amanda. They were willing to go above and beyond and helped me with any question I had.

The rudest pharmacy tech I have ever witnessed. I went to my doctor at 7am and it was called in immediately with a confirmation. She told me it wasn’t ready after a few hours. She rolled her eyes at me when I mentioned it was called in several hours ago. Such an attitude and no one deserves that, especially when ill.

Amazingly bad bad service. On the way home from the hospital we stopped to get my husbands prescriptions. Only one was ready. The other two she did know she had. When she looked at the computer she saw them. Went back to pick it up and she gave me the wrong prescription which was discovered when I got home. Called and told the manager and went back again and the girl was rude.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero or a -1 I would!!! ALWAYS a long wait in drive through. Incompetent employees. Refills always delayed or errors. No follow through with doctors. Disregards advising client necessary notifications regarding insurance and never tries to work efficiently nor proactively.

Iif I could go togive Them a zero or even less than that I would do that . I bought something lastnight and I tooke it to return it today with the receipt , after making me wait for about 30 minutes because they pressed the wrong button and the machin didn't accept the return they gave me store credit which I didn't mind . But the two sales men were extremely rude and lied to me , that this is Walgreens policy that they dont refunded and just give store credit Which was a lie . T wo midle aged men one tall African american with glasses and h the manage who who is probably in his late fifties or begininh sixties and he was handicapped. They were extremely mean and the crippled guy wouldn't allow me to touch the thing that I wanted to buy.

I waited in the drive-through for 20+ minutes to purchase medicine that you have to get behind the counter. There’s an old lady there with short white hair that refused to sell it to me through the drive-through citing that Covid was over and I had to go inside. She was very rude and the way she should’ve handled is to sell it to me and tell me in the future to go inside or something. And by the way, Covid isn’t over. There are plenty of people that still have it today so I don’t know where she gets off saying that anyway. I went to CVS and got the medication I needed as they were much friendlier and much more accommodating.

Absolutely horrible experience with this Walgreens. The pharmacist and its staff were not rude, did not communicate, went against my wishes of transferring prescription. Because they went against my wishes of transferring after their miscommunication now I am not able to get my medication transferred back to the state that I’m originally from. They are the reason I am now 7 days without an anti seizure med.

Never ordered a prescription that they said they would order and would be there the next day. A week later they never even ordered it and their response was you will just have to keep waiting.
