HorribleThe pharmacy people are rude and lieI went to pick up my prescription and I called ahead of time to ask if I could pick up an over-the-counter medication at the pharmacy I was using the drive-through because I had my dog with me and they assured me they could grab it for me while they grab my prescriptions, because it was behind the counter for themThe lady didn't even know how to work this speaker to talk to me. She was trying to yell at me through the glass. Then she told me I know the phone, but the line is long now, so park your car and come in and get the other item. I explained, I specifically asked her ahead of time because I cannot bring my dog in the store. She said she didn't care get out of her line. I see a lot of bad reviews, but none of them are recent, so I feel obligated to add my review. I'm new to the area this year. I think this Walgreens is great. The workers at the front entrance are always kind, cheerful, and greet me nicely. Yesterday there were 3 of us in line and they immediately opened another register, and it was not crowded. Whenever I ask someone where something is they are very helpful. I started using this pharmacy. The workers have been very kind, helpful and polite. They have even helped me get a medication cheaper with Good RX. They are patient and working hard. Im thinking they have more workers now than when these negative reviews were posted. I've also gotten my vaccinations here. They've done a good job. But I would say be patient and bring a book. It may take 20 or so minutes longer than you thought it would. Please be polite to the workers. They are really trying hard. It seems like they've gotten rid of the bad apples and are hiring very nice employees!! Fingers crossed this good service will continue!

Over the past couple of years this pharmacy has really gone downhill. On more than one occasion there was a problem with my Rx and I was not notified. The pharmacy tech is rude, and the pharmacist doesn't seem to care about customer concerns. Customer service is lacking. I was not given one of my prescriptions because the tech thought I didn't want to pay for it .. she didn't tell me I even had it. The doctor was horrified and it could have cost me my hearing. No apology from either the tech or the pharmacist. So frustrated with this particular pharmacy!

This pharmacy has the worst customer service I've experienced. Lack of professionalism, knowledge, compassion and downright rude. I had to call several times to do their job for them, to get my prescription, even with my frustration, I thanked the lady and wished her a good day, she just hang up on me! I will never step foot in this pharmacy, I've already moved my prescription elsewhere. Store Mgr., and upper Mgmt needs to step in, all they have to do is take notice of all of the negative comments on this thread! Houston, there's definitely a problem here!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. don’t ever pay online with the “express pay” - that is just their trick to double charge you for your prescriptions. They have done this to me 2 months in a row now. I pay online with express pay then when I pick it up, they run my card again. What a freaking joke and a scam!

TERRIBLE. No sense urgency will send a notification out when only half of your prescription isn't ready and then go straight on their "lunch break" for 30 minutes. Have nearly wasted an hour of my work day waiting. Totally unacceptable.

I've been shopping at this Walgreens for testosterone for almost 3 years. Today I was told by a very rude pharmacist that I could not get my 10 mg in one bottle because it would expire in 30 days!! This is not true so he gave me 1mg bottles and said that was filling the prescription! I'm going to my doctor in a week so I will ask for a new prescription! So sad to be treated that way even if they didn't have the size I needed!!!

I wouldn't even give them one star. Worst pharmacy ever. I've given them numerous chances. It's infuriating how terrible they are. My prescriptions are never ready in a timely manner. Half the time, it takes me showing up and asking about my prescription before they even realize it's in their system. Unfortunately, they are the closet pharmacy to me, however I will be driving further just so that I don't have to put up with the frustration anymore.

I'm not really a drug store person. I get my farmacy vitamins from places like Sprouts and Natural Foods, not prescription drugs. Alas, Walgreens does have something I like- Nightmare Before Xmas stuff! If you love this movie and everything that comes with it, be sure to check out Walgreens during Halloween and Yule time, they've got tons of it. I gave this location a higher score because I've been to about seven locations throughout Scottsdale, and this one carried a lot of the NBC trinkets. Walgreens also has a bunch of Harry Potter items if you're interested, including the chocolate frogs!

Such bad customer service. I brought in my daughters prescription because after three days of using it had this really bad odor. The lady working up front who clearly wasn’t a pharmacist brought it back to the pharmacist who wouldn’t even make eye contact with her when she was explaining the situation, she just said yeah that’s normal. I stated that I thought it was really odd that it didn’t smell like that from the beginning then. She went back to the pharmacist she looked up for two seconds and said that’s normal unless you added something to it, which obviously I didn’t. Then she looked back down at what she was doing as if the concern I had was not relevant and she was bothered. The fact that you can’t get up and come up to the front and address one of your customers concerns is extremely concerning to me. It’s apparent that you don’t like your job, but at least try to do it well.

Came in to fill a prescription. Simple 10 pills at 11:00 am. Told it would be ready at 12:30. Came back at 12:30, told pharmacist hasn't yet "pushed through" the prescription. Not impressed. Don't leave people waiting hours for their needed prescriptions. I'd give a zero star if I could.
