The girl whos working the Photo Booth on oct 27 at 2:21 sincerely needs to be fired. She is the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. Walgreens advertises they print pictures in 1 hour. 2 hours has passed and I didn’t get an update way pass the estimated time they would be ready. She was insanely rude and so annoyed I even had the nerve to ASK what time they’d be ready. I decided to go in and wait for them. They said it would be 45 mins over the phone and 45 mins when I got there. So I told them it was cool and I could wait. Guess she decided to actually do her job since I was standing there bc 5 mins later they were ready. The photos were of my family members who passed and I am putting pictures on my ofrenda for dia de los meurtos and she was so disgustingly rude with how she handled them and the situation I don’t even want to put them up anymore bc they carry her bad energy. I’m so mad I gave this Walgreens any of my money.

Made a vaccine appt a week earlier. Showed up 10 minutes early and checked in. Watched as they helped every person including walk in vaccinations while ignoring me completely. I walked out 10 minutes after my scheduled time and went to Walmart. Never again Walgreens.

Went to go buy pads & I let the lady know I had a 3 dollars off maxi pads & she said there’s nothing I can do about it I showed her my coupon on my phone & still said unless you have a barcode she told me that it showed it on my account & that it disappeared very rude.

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. The man who took my call literally yelled at me as I was trying to explain what was happening with my prescription. Talked over me and down to me while also screaming at me. Absolutely unacceptable and inappropriate. Appalled you allow your staff to act this way.

I arrived at the pharmacy just as it was closing, unsure if they could take my dad's prescriptions. Calvin was the only one working, and he was simultaneously helping three patients while handling a call. Despite the busy situation, he assisted everyone professionally and with great care. He deserves recognition for his exceptional service. Thank you, Calvin!

Huge thanks to Geoh in the pharmacy department. I was picking up a prescription for my elderly neighbor who had a really bad sinus infection. Geoh filled the prescription and had me checkout within 5 minutes!! Thanks Geoh!

1 person working the pharmacy per usual. Going as fast as he can, very sweet and kind to everyone. Worthless manager, head down ignoring the line of customers. Closing registers at 7pm although the store closes after 10pm.

Rude, Rude, RUDE! I took my 95 yr old mom to have a passport picture taken. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come by the photo center. I pressed the button, the lone cashier called out on the PA to no avail. We were getting ready to leave when the rudest, most inconsiderate man, comes racing by. "What do you need", he says with an attitude. I need a passport picture. "Who is having the picture taken?" My mom. He snorts "Can't do it, she is wearing a white shirt. (It was a light rose colored blouse) "Needs to be a dark shirt for a passport picture". Whaat?
He was nasty and frankly, the lone cashier was not anymore personable. The help seemed pissed off to be there.
Luckily, Staples is just across way. My mom & I walked into Staples, were promptly greeted, the photo taken, and 5 minutes later we walked out the door with the passport photos in hand.
Whoever is managing this Walgreens should be sent to customer servicing school so they can provide appropriate training to the staff. They are to put it mildly, AWFUL.
