I came here too pick up my grams meds she very sick and can't get out of bed ..trowing up ... called her meds in hours ago came too pick up and now they tell me insurance won't cover it ... olny 18 tablets so they change too 18 .. now they tell me another 2 hours .. when the meds could have been ready she could have chosen too pay out of pocket. Manger wasn't any help either he said they sent a text ... I asked why didn't they call ... wanted nothing too do w it .. after this they lost my business .... manger tells me there other scripts like I care ... I've been waiting for along time too have mine filled and show up and there nothing... inconserdite people working here ...

I had a disappointing experience at Walgreens. The customer service was poor—it took over 15 minutes to check out, even though the store was empty. No one came to assist at the register, and I had to wait unnecessarily. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

The pharmacy at this location is absolutely ridiculous. They are way understaffed and if you call, you’re on hold for at least 20 minutes and then you feel rushed when they do answer and giving short to the point answers and not trying to help attitude. I am definitely changing my pharmacy Preference with my doctors. I’m sick of dealing with this.
I have been overcharged twice and had to drive all the way back because they had to have my credit card in person to give me a refund. Also, I asked for all of my refills which was seven and I got six because it’s cheaper if I do it that way! It’s just one thing after another. I’m done with this place.

The pharmacists at my Walgreens are always friendly and they always make sure we get the best available price for our prescriptions, even though they are VERY busy and short handed.

Way more options than others I’ve been too. The employees are nice too and always greet you. I work in this plaza and im always greatful they let me use their bathroom to freshen up on break even when I don’t have anything to buy. Thanks guys

Pharmacy is the worst!
Understaffed, high turn over, takes forever to get prescriptions filled, never answer the phone, they dont ask if you need to talk to the pharmacist about your medication information.
Every time I am there they are arguing with customers.

I have dealt with Walgreens for several years. As they are required by my health plan I have no real alternative. I have found them to bombard me with messages to order more drugs. In addition, when I have requested a reduction in the medication amount to be distributed they have ignored my request- distributing the 90-day max. When a prescription is back-ordered, they are slow to respond (taking multiple days) even when the medication is on hand at another Walgreens close by. If you call to find out the status of a back-order they will look up where it is available and they tell you to call that location. When you ask them to coordinate (one Walgreens to another) they tell you they are too busy. This combination of emphasis on revenue and avoidance of service is one reason why we have high health care costs and low satisfaction with our health care system.

I've used this pharmacy for years as it is conveniently located. Every time I come out I think why am I still giving them any business. The pharmacy staff specializes in rudeness and inefficiency. I will never use this store again, it is simply awful. Do yourself a favor and find anywhere else for your pharmacy needs.

My husband and I made vaccine appointments online today at Walgreen's website, we wanted the Covid newest booster and when we arrived to check in, the lady at the check in window told us they didn't have any Covid vaccines in stock, sorry... We also had an appointment for the RSV vaccine, again, sorry... Fortunately, we only live a few miles away, but nevertheless, what an inconvenience. We are in the process of transferring all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy and will not do business with any Walgreens in this area. Right now, we are waiting for a very important and necessary RX that they cannot get in their store from their warehouse, and they have no idea when it will be in. We only have 5 days before it is time to take this medication, again. What kind of a business is Walgreen's running here? This is really shoddy. If you read this, and perhaps are new to the area, take your business anywhere else!! The employees are always pleasant, but this is just bad business practice. We are talking about more than one Scottsdale Walgreens, this is not isolated to one store.

I went into kept my subscription and the ladies behind the counter were so rude. They left me standing there for five minutes 10 minutes and then when they went to charge me for my prescription, they wanted $1083 that seems prescription was only $10.88 at Costco. I had filled there many times, but I feel I was discriminated upon because I was a white male, they told me to leave the store and go to Costco to refill my prescription and they refuse to give me the same cost as Costco. They laughed at me when I left the store and told me not to leave and a half they were rude and I recommend nobody ever goes to Walgreens to fill a prescription to be put in your life in danger. If you cannot get your prescription filled and they will try to rip you off if you're a white male.
