Had a great experience. Drove through was fast. Pharmacy tech Jessica was patient and helped us confirm our coverage bringing our bill from $240 to just $30.

I just went to pick up my prescription here today for the first time. I got into the drive thru at 5:45 and apparently they close at 6:00 on Saturdays. I waited in line for 15 minutes behind 4 other cars and got to the window at exactly 6:00. The little guy working inside looked at me through the window and put up the sign saying they were closed and walked away. This was going to be my first prescription order here, but I will never be back to this or any Walgreens.

Closes whenever they want. Awful people at the pharmacy counter. i HAVE GONE HERE FOR 20 YEARS, BUT ITS GONE WAY DOWNHILL. Walgreens doesn't care about customer service. They want to sell candy, staples and grab items at high prices. Corporate can't make a profit, and the stock is way down. Go to Walmart.

Hello Manager of the Frank Lloyd Wright and Via Linda Store. I have been a customer of this particular store for over 16 years and lately your customer service has been quite awful. It has needed some improvement for quite sometime, but has reached a new low. Customer service is extremely important. You have an employee named Lisa that needs a lot of training…. Her mannerisms were terrible, there was no greeting as a matter of fact she said nothing to me at all, it was as if she didn’t want to help me. She snatched my card out my hand, I asked her not to scan my ID, did it anyways and I was dismissed. If this is the way you treat your customers, I must say you won’t have many for long. I am definitely not coming back.

Customer service with one younger-female with really short hair should not work in a job like this w customers and being completely incapable of friendly conversation. If she hates it so much maybe work at a more liberal Walgreens in a more liberal area. Also the shorter guy w glasses in pharmacy is so incredibly rude and just writes you off like you’re ignorant (I mean their dealing with our medication) I don’t know how changes have still yet to be made here. Everyone needs kindness and patience both workers and customers or both our days get ruined.

I’ve been using this location for 20 years. The last two years things are quite a mess. Our doctors send prescriptions over the pharmacy claims to never gets them, or have questions for the doctor for unknown reasons they won’t tell us, and claim the doctor never calls them back. The doctors say they have called or that Walgreens hasn’t contacted them. It is almost every time.
Apparently it happens to everyone because every time I’m there other customers are having the same issues. It can take an hour of waiting in line every time because the pharmacy staff are goi g over why literally everyone in lines medication is not ready.
They have given me someone else’s medication under a completely different name than my own…. Triple check everything if you must use this pharmacy.

Staff is very friendly. They gave my girlfriend the wrong prescription. They gave her prescriptions to someone else. The store needs to be updated. Compared to other Walgreens this store is very outdated. The staffing is not adequate, very long lines. I will not shop at this Walgreens anymore.

I am writing this review particularly for Sarah from pharmacy department. My husband and I went to take Tdap vaccine shots and she worked like a magician. We did not even feel any pain while taking the shot. And also she was so polite. We were completely impressed with her professionalism and service.

Just a terrible pharmacy. Employees are all nice and I really feel sorry for them because they are so swamped. The main problem is that they are understaffed.
Get ready to wait in line and give up all hope of reaching them by phone

absolutely useless! Wait on hold for 10 minutes. Then it picks and and disconnects. You have people that can`t even operate a phone but they are handing out drugs.

I have been to a number of Walgreens pharmacies and this one is alarmingly disorganized. I am not sure if it laziness or incompetence but my experiences there tell me it's a combo of both. When you call, they rarely pick up, and when they do, they put you on hold and then disconnect the call. They struggle with coherent communication and push their responsibilities on to you as the customer. Very poor service.
