I ordered a prescription on a Friday. Was told it would be ready Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday. Went in Wednesday even though the website said it wasn’t ready. I waited 5-10 minutes while the person at the register went to check. She then came back and said they were just now filling it.The people at the pharmacy were never particularly friendly or concerned about the delay. The pharmacist, when he emerged from the back, threw my prescription on the counter, never raised his eyes or said anything.I hope I never have to go back.

Was made to feel I was wrong over an employee charging me for an item an it was not placed in my bag. I went back an it was at register but apparently I was wrong an was treated as such. Horrible customer service an just plain rude.

This location charged me $144 for Mupirocin Ointment and a quick search shows that is is only $40. Insurance companies, big pharma and drug stores have a scam going and the Attorney General needs to put a stop to it. Walgreens also employees a QR code "Rx Savings Finder" which is also part of the scam, buyer beware. If you don't have a phone to take a photo of it you are out of luck, like me.

Shop here for convenience and my mother’s rx. Great value on items that regularly come up for sale. Shout out to Pharmacy- they have been very helpful especially sorting through mom’s rx and coordinating refills. The Pharmacists take time with customers and follow up with phone calls. Olga has been a great addition to the Pharmacy- very knowledgeable and caring, always has a comforting smile for mom when she repeats the same questions!

There is an employee there with blonde hair, shes older, and she has no idea what customer service is. She seems to believe that helping one customer with something means she can tell anybody who looks in her direction that she is much too busy to help them with anything. Its totally cool because I live down the street and buy something here every single day, I mean I DID. Now, I think I'll go to CVS, where their employees go above and beyond and are so super kind.

Worst pharmacy EVER rude workers, long lines…l transferred my prescriptions to CVS the female that’s there from 8 o’clock on is extremely rude. She has no customer service skills. They need to teach her intensely or get rid of her. She’s horrible. There’s so many people that would do her job way better blonde girl.

I give up. I’ve lived in the area for over 15 years and this used to be a great store now it is literally bottom of the barrel. Can you place an online order and out of 10 items when you go to pick it up you might be lucky to get one. If you do a ship to store lots of luck, they’ll never find it. And the pharmacy has nothing in stock ever.

I take medicine that I have to have or my heart rate gets to 140. They are supposed to auto renew. I hit the refill button to their text on Thursday around noon. They texted me back Friday 11.17 it will be ready at 1.37pm Monday. I called, waited 20 minutes on Friday morning and she said 24 to 48 hrs. Sunday 10 am not ready, still saying Monday. 1 pill left. I have a celebration of life today, so need it by then. Closed at 10 am. It is time everyone there started to wear masks again as they always are sick with Covid. Often closed. Please rotate pharmacists across sites. Some people cannot go without their medicine.

Boo! This location is so short of staff and has so much turn over, especially in their pharmacy. So frustrating‼ Recently I got a text and a call from someone from the pharmacy saying my Rx was ready to pick up. Went to this location twice to try to pick it up! They could locate the prescription in their computer or tell me WHY two different sources notified me it was ready. Researching other options!!!!

Horrible customer service and terrible Pharmacy. The staff is rude and have a who cares attitude. They act like the customer is an inconvenience to them. The Rx closes without notice and the drive through is closed more than open. Poorly managed, dirty, and a completely miserable place. SAD

This pharmacy is randomly CLOSED. Yet they are taking prescriptions and charging your insurance company for it. It’s impossible to pick up the prescription, again because a closed pharmacy. Additionally the prescription cannot be transferred anywhere else, as Walgreens already ran it through my insurance carrier. Being Walgreens has already submitted the insurance claim, it leaves the customer to pay out of pocket and Walgreens being paid for a medication they did not fill. Unethical doesn’t begin to describe this location.
