Mike for a massage and Alysa for a facial: perfect spa day! These two providers were amazing and the amenities are lovely. I recommend both Mike and Alysa, they’re so talented!

Amazing service and spa. Had a body scrub treatment, it was wonderful! The rooftop pool was a great place to hang out during the day.

Heaven! The perfect day with my best friend, we took one of their classes, headed to the spa pool, had lunch, went down to the spa enjoyed the sauna, steam room, etc. Then prepared for our services which were AMAZING! Everything is so great, they provide you with all your needs as well. What a beautiful spa.

Amazing Spa! The rooftop pool is amazing. Bartender Jamie was so attentive keeping everyone drinks full on a busy Monday. 90-minute massage with Tommy was one of the best massages I have ever had. Everyone in the whole facility was so nice and helpful. The inhalation room was so peaceful.

The well & being spa is just beautiful! The amenities are incredible and staff is very attentive. There is food and drinks available to be purchased and delivered poolside. I had a lovely botanical facial. While services are expensive, you are welcome to enjoy all of the amenities throughout the day. I recommend getting there early and spending the full day!

We had pedicures done and was able to take advantage of all the spa amenities! Lunch was delicious and the service was wonderful. This is the only spa that offers a whole slew of amenities! Love, love, love!!!

Spa is beautiful. Amenities are what would be expected but the noise level is absurd. Lots of loud women chatting and some on cell phones. For the price of this experience the caddy loud chit chat was not expected at all. I talked to the front desk who are aware of the issue but state they do not have a quiet policy. Sitting in steam room with 3 women chatting her friends IUD for 5 minutes made me leave. Then the 2 women complaining about a cheating husband and the other woman was not relaxing. The final straw was the women on her cell phone in the hibernation room...not expected. I had to leave. The massage and amenities are fantastic. The relaxation experience after is a zero! Very disappointing...

I wouldn't visit this spa again. My overall experience was not good. I expected more from the fairmont. There are so many great spas in Arizona. I was super disappointed bc I did all this research and chose this spa based off the brand name, reviews and offered amenities. First off, I love treating myself to a spa day whenever I am on vacation. Unfortunately, I am very observant of everything during appointments. Lets start with the positives. Guys at valet were very nice and helpful. Guys at pool were super attentive and provided great service. My massage was great. So 5 stars for the valet, pool attendants and my masseuse. Oh yeah, the food at the pool was delish! But the drinks were lacking. I tried 3 cocktails and they all tasted like sparkling water. Now on to the negatives. Negative 1: From checkin, they charge you before your service. This is strange to me but I guess that is their process. Negative 2: We had a spa tour and towards the end, the employee said to just pick any empty locker. All the spas I have been to, I was always assigned a locker and provided with slippers. So I spent a good 10 minutes trying to find an empty locker. Literally they were all taken until I got to the last row. This was very frustrating and not how I wanted to start my experience. Then there weren't any slippers so I found another locker with slippers inside. Weird again bc slippers are not a one size fits all. Negative 3:They are way over booked. W the overbooking, the spa attendants are understaffed. I think there were only 2 ladies managing the upkeep of the spa. i dont know how they do it. It was overcrowded and I kept bumping into people. There was a line for the bathroom, no where to sit in the waiting/relaxation room (I stood waiting for my service), inhalation room holds 4 max, got the last seats at the pool. What a mess. Negative 3: (no fault of the spa, just my experience) so their Spa guests did not have any spa etiquette! Incident 1: As I start to change, a herd of women start bustling in, trying to get to their lockers. Clearly they have no common sense. There was absolutely no room but they pushed right through instead of waiting. The space for the locker areas are small so you have to hop over the bench to get by since it is not enough room for 2 people. Incident 2: There were a group of ladies gossiping about their divorced "friend" in the "relaxation" room. They continued the gossip into the pool area. Another group was screaming about "meet me at the pool!". There were people chatting in the inhalation room and sauna. One lady was having a phone conversation and another was literally working on her laptop in the inhalation room. I mean why even come to the spa?Incident 3: a couple was making out like crazy in the grotto so no one felt comfortable going in. I mean good for them but come on this is a SHARED grotto. Gross.Negative 4: I checked my cc a few days later and they added everyone's service to my card. Like we clearly said these were separate charges and provided them w each of our cc and id. Negative 5: just some things I observed that can use some improvement. There was only 1 water station and that was in the relaxation room. So whenever you needed water, you had to walk all the way over there. There should be water available throughout the spa. The fact that water was not available near the hot tubs, sauna and steam room is crazy. First off, there is the AZ heat, dehydration from massage, dehydration from sauna/hot tub/steam room. The bathroom area had no ventilation. Someone took a stinky ol dump and the entire area smelled soooo bad. I really hoped she showered after. If not, hopefully she avoided the pool and hot tub....Also, This spa offer no extra toiletries . Just a hair brush and blow dryer/flat iron. High end Spas like the fairmont should be offering more: hair band, shaver, tooth brush, qtip, mouth wash, etc. the steam room smelled like mildew and had brown moldy floors. The eucalyptus in the inhalation room needs to be in the steam room. It smelled so

This spa was fantastic. My wife and I went and got two massages and we both agreed they were the best massages we have ever had. Our therapists were so nice and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire experience. The amenities are also very nice. They have a cold plunge pool, a hot tub, sauna, a coed outdoor hot tub and very nice showers. The spa area can be a bit maze like so make sure to get a tour. We will definitely be back and will try some of their other services next time. Great spot!

Brought a loved one here. We each had Aromatherapy massages. Mine was with Robert S and theirs was with Andrea S.We arrived before our treatments, parked with Valet (a courtesy for Spa visitors) to enjoy the spa amenities. To start, we were given a full tour of the facility, which covers 3 floors. We were taken to the locker rooms and introduced to Maria, who has been with the company for almost 30 years. She took excellent care of us. This was the first visit for many of the women in the locker room. Everyone was just so happy to be there.I would say 99% of the spa is divided by gender. The only co-ed spaces are those that are outdoors, such as the rooftop pool and the waterfall grotto. There's water, tea and coffee, along with light snacks on floors 1 (the main spa) and 2 (the lobby). I recommend bringing a swimsuit (or two) for your stay. No need to bring a robe or flip flops (or shower shoes). The spa has you covered.First stop? The Waterfall Grotto - B-It was not bad, but since it is co-ed you have to worry about who or how many could end up joining you. The biggest reason for 'B' was due to it being outside. Since the outdoor temperatures were cold, it lowered the water's temperature making it challenging to enjoy.Second stop?Inhalation Room - B+I liked it. It is a small space with sofa like seating and lots of pillows. There's a diffuser filling the space with relaxing aroma. The space was indeed relaxing, but since I can buy the same diffuser on Amazon for 20 bucks, I just wasn't impressed.Third stop?Plunge Pool - A+It is cold, folks, but do yourself a favor and plunge in it. Submerge to the neck or shoulders and then get into the hot tub (or jacuzzi). You will feel the healing sensation running throughout your body.Fourth StopJacuzzi (or Hot Tub) - BI actually want to give this a lower grade, but I found that sitting under the fall and up against the jet ray right beneath it was satisfying. My issue was due to the lack of intensity with the jet rays. None of them give medium or strong pressure. They are all light pressure, which can be a bit frustrating as you move from one to the next searching for one to hit the spot right. Jacuzzis are typically where people like to pile up to socialize. Unfortunately, this jacuzzi has a 6 person limit, so it gets crowded quick.Fifth StopSteam Room - A+This became one of my favorite spaces. I loved the intensity of the steam and the nice downtime in between sprays. It is one of the biggest spaces in the entire spa, as it can easily accommodate 10 people (maybe more). I love that hang you can hang our robe outside the door to grab as you leave, along with a a cold wet towel to bring in some relief before moving on.Waiting Lounge - A-I arrived at the lounge 15-20 minutes before my service was to begin. This lounge is in the open. It has a nice warm fireplace, a few plunging, cozy chairs and several zero gravity lounge chairs along the back wall. This space is equipped to put you in the proper mood prior to your service. There is a clock just about everywhere in the spa except this space, so when Robert retrieved me, I asked (more so to remind myself) how long was the treatment (50 vs 60 minutes) and if spa policy indicated that the treatment began when I was retrieved or when the service started. It was the latter.GymWhile I brought clothes for the gym, I didn't use it nor did I partake in any classes, so unfortunately, I cannot speak to any of that.SuperstarsOur superstars were our massage therapists. My companion touted that Andrea gave them an out of body experience. Our other superstar was Maria, the spa attendant. She foresaw many of our needs and looked to find ways to make our stay enjoyable and more comfortable.Final Stop:Rooftop Pool - A+That brings me to my final superstars, Jaime and Alex who served us poolside. It is a salt water pool and there is a food menu with a wide array of options.I have been to quite a few spas all over the world. Well & Being rates at the top of the list.

Disappointed at management! My mom and I had treatments and lunch here - overall a great experience - until we were leaving and noticed our stuff was beyond ruined. The only place we went with swimsuits on was the hot tub and it completely tarnished my mom’s Tiffany ring and my very nice bathing suit (pictures attached). We are in contact with management and because they suggest that the chlorine levels were “normal” they are comping only our lunch after we had spent over $700 and there is damage to $1500 of our items. Clearly the damage done was not due to normal chlorine levels. Makes you wonder what the chemical imbalances could be doing to your skin but don’t worry, management will cover the cost of your turkey wrap instead! Disappointing, won’t be coming back and if you’re considering going, I would be very careful with your stuff as it clearly will not be relaxed!

Hands down my favorite spa in Scottsdale. Friendly, courteous service. Knowledgeable and masterful esthetiticians and masseuses. The spa amenities are top notch, the waterfall feels so good after a massage. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Was really excited to spend the afternoon here with my wife at the spa and getting massages. The set up is really nice and I will give them credit they do have it setup to relax, I would think they check their spas and pools for safety of the users. On the way out of the hot tub I cut my foot on broken tile and it was a pretty deep slice. I expressed the concerns to the staff and they didn’t really seem to care which makes me hesitant to visit there again.

This spa was extremely high end. After an incredibly relaxing massage, we took a dip in the massaging waterfall spa! That felt so so warm and felt like the waterfalls were soothing our shoulders. Then they have another more private indoor spa with cold plunge option as well as a room sauna, steam room and a room just for sitting and breathing in essential oils and peaceful aromas. Their showers afterwards had amazing water pressure and everything you need as far as high end products shampoo, body wash. They even had razors and shaving cream. Their ropes felt so luxurious and they had several shops you could buy products afterwards. We ran out of time but you can also go to the gorgeous rooftop pool that’s only for spa guests…have a drink and light lunch! I don’t think I’ve been to a spa that had a more high end feeling and the actual massage was just what I’d hoped for! He even offered some extra treatments and you can have them open the back door of massage room for a more fresh air experience. Valet parking is free is you have a spa treatment booked. Just go! You won’t regret it!
