Pretty much the same, as everybody else. You can't open account without an appointment. Only bank I've ever been to where are you can't open an account because they only have one banker. They want to go to an online banking system which is great so start closing the branches fast so you have enough people to service at open ones until you convert so you can service walk ins.

I have been a Wells Fargo Customer for over a decade. I have a Business Account, Mortgage Account, Savings Account, and Checking Account with substantial assets. To transfer assets (stock) to my children for Christmas, I need a Medallion Signature Guarantee from a qualified financial institution. In prior years, I used Wells Fargo. I just found out that Wells Fargo no longer provides this service as of October, 2021. I was told there is a cost associated with qualifying people and they had problems training them. So much for a full service bank. I stayed with Wells Fargo through all the years of negative issues they they have had. Not any longer. I will transfer my all of my assets to an institution that provides FULL SERVICE for their customers!

Trying to simply get a temporary debit card. The tellers have no customers yet I am made to wait for a "banker" when this should be something a teller can do. I've been waiting now for 15 minutes with my elderly mom out in the car. Boy, does this bank need to rethink customer experience.
