This location is the absolute worst location I've ever been to for any bank in the world. Every time I go in, I end up telling myself never again. In the last 10 years, I've gone in 3 times and every time THERE IS AN ISSUE! Since they closed the old town location and I was in a hurry, I stopped in and tried to give it another chance, It was the BIGGEST MISTAKE in the last year or more! They waited till I left the country to return a deposited check and have told me the $1400 was returned to the tenant and I need to come back in because the image was bad. They put it in the plastic sleeve which caused the issue and bad check image. I should've just deposited it electronically and wouldn't have been an issue but wanted some cash. Save yourself time and headache and drive anywhere else or even change banks as this location is that bad and worst in the USA if not the world as it's happened every time I go to this location vs anywhere else. (If I could give a lower rating I would!)

I am sure sometimes things happen but my experience in this branch was very good. Not only was the staff super friendly and checked on me while I was waiting for my appointment to happen, affirming it was just a bit delayed but not forgotten (which happens when another customers takes longer as expected, as you don't want to push people out. So no complain here as it was all a matter of minutes)My own appointment was efficient (no way to make it any faster) and next day the branch manager even took the time to give me a call to ask about my experience and introduce herself, as she would normally do if there is a chance in person.In other words, this branch does value a personal relationship with its customers, which I commend.

I went to this location to get some information on their high interest money market accounts. I’ve had a checking account with Wells Fargo since I was 16. That account isn’t used as much now, but I keep a significant amount of money in there. I was interested in maximizing my earning potential with everything I had saved. Unfortunately, upon entering the branch, my first interaction with the teller was very awkward. I asked her about high interest accounts and she stated that I needed to talk to a private banker, however they were apparently busy and that I would need to come back with an appointment. They also didn’t have information on appointments or a business card when I asked. I then asked if she knew the annual percentage yields of their accounts. She sort of gave me a blank stare, clearly had no idea what the rates may be. There was another individual behind her, that had just been scrolling on his phone, who told me to just go online. I was pretty astonished they were so unprofessional and had no knowledge of their accounts. I’m obviously here to move large sums of money into your bank and they acted like they could care less about my business. It ended with the teller suggesting that I take a pamphlet from the teller counter, to learn more. To my surprise, the said pamphlet was about overdraft fees.. okay thanks, not helpful. ?For anyone that’s interested I moved my money over to PNC bank and that one gives me 4.2 percent.

This location parking lot is very bad i called I was having trouble on the online app the lady said it would take 2-3 business days to verify my account she said I would get an email never did I called again to another number they helped me get in to my account with in minutes very unprofessional

I've always had great experiences with associates. The only issue I've run into is accessibility with parking, I think that's probably the management company for the property's fault though.

I am a good customer since 2001, Today on May 23, 2023 at 9:00am, I decided to put $80,000 in Cert Deposit. I didn't know I have to make appointment. Right now, I'm looking for another Bank willing to take my money. Customer Service was terrible here!

The ABSOLUTE WORST BANK to do business with, I'm handicapped in a wheelchair and for 3 years the drive thru has been closed, the excuse for this is they can't hire anyone to work the drive thru, the real problem is this POORLY MANAGED and now Wells Fargo decided to close ALL drive thru windows so now I have to change banks. Again ABSOLUTE WORST BANK EVER

VERY SLOW!! I was the only person in the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for a simple cash withdrawal. Go elsewhere!
