I don't understand some of the negativity in the reviews for this location. I've been banking here for six months, since I've arrived , and the tellers could not be more helpful and cheerful .

Absolutely terrible service. I have banked with Wells Fargo since adulthood and the experience at this bank is the final straw. I will be switching to a better bank with actual customer service. The manager Joseph is absolutely terrible at his job and deserves to be fired.

Manager Joseph has the worst customer service and does not deserve his position. Drive further to go to a different location.

Horrible customer service! I went to get change for my work like I do every other week, nope they wouldn't do it because I didn't have my account number that they haven't asked for in over 3 months. I do have 2 mortgages but that doesn't count. What a joke! Manager would not budge. This location needs training in what Customer Service really is. I've been in before and had to wait 15-20 min. while they all stand around waiting for a manager. Don't arrive at 9 for opening as you will have to wait for them to get their coffee before they can help you. I don't normally complain but today was the icing on the cake! 1 star because you can do less!

Drive through is rhe absolute worst of any bank I've been to. The car in front of me gave up. Current car being helped - 20 minutes. Tellers are snide and rude. Go to a credit union, much better and nicer employees.

Once again the drive through at the location on FLW/101 is slow as molasses. It's bad enough to be stuck behind a vehicle making a ridiculously long transaction but then when it's finally our turn, I'm informed I now need to wait behind people in the lobby. While in the drive through where I've already waited? The woman was snarky and rude. I was making a deposit for our company that should take 30 seconds. Didn't require anything but a receipt. I've advised our company to switch to the credit union. So much more professional and they won't treat you like a number.

Two lanes. Two vehicles that were not ready with their transactions. 15 min before they even put the transaction into the container. The drive through is not the place to prepare your banking. Glad I only had to deposit company checks here. I would not want to deal with this as my bank, the credit union is so much better. Btw, still waiting to make a simple deposit.

Until recently I found this particular branch to be a pleasant convenience to where I live and the staff up until recently was nice. Today I went to make a deposit in the drive through and could not due to the ATM being serviced. I went inside to make my deposit and was promptly greeted by a female asking what I needed help with today. I advised I was making a deposit and she told me I could do that from outside. I explained to her I tried but their drive through was closed and she suggested I go to the ATM outside the front door. I told her my preference was to make the deposit at the counter with a teller. The customer behind me was told the same thing and promptly advised her the amount he was withdrawing was not permitted via ATM. She explained to him they are trying to cut back on customer interactions by use of the ATM??!! Regardless, eliminating face to face customer service will be a terrible idea.

I needed account information and sat to wait for help. Apparently, group coffee talk was more important. I waited 10 minutes and left. Even though..... I was the only patron in the bank. I'm reviewing because this is the second below average interaction I've had recently. Last time I had a greeter trying to convince me to use the ATM. Sorry, I like Humans! I know how to use an ATM and would have if I wanted to. I don't need to be confronted in line. Shape Up W.F. @ Frank Lloyd Wright!!!

I have no idea why I put up Wells Fargo Arrogant practices... (sighs)I tried to withdraw 8K and was told I would have to take 20 dollar bills. (400 of them! verses 80/100's or 160 50's)So I tried to call and schedule a withdrawal... they won't answer, it's all automated. You HAVE to go in to talk to a person.One more Covid 19 excuse and ARGHHHHH!

Gaby the manager and Dave one of the temp employees are very attentive to the needs of customers. They were very polite and most professional. I needed to cash some checks from my company for some employees working in town and they helped me quickly with a smile! Thank you!!

Slow. Slow slow slow in their drive thru teller lanes. One car in front of me and already waiting 15 min. I remember why I usually use the credit union now. Drive thru is for quick transactions.

Rachel, the teller at the drive through needs to pay attention and not be so rude! I pulled up to the teller, no other cars in any other lane. After waiting several minutes without any assistance another car pulls up. Rachel proceeds to help that car first. when she finally assisted me I mentioned that I was there first and had been waiting. I proceeded to get a snide remark. Hey Rachel, maybe pay attention and get a clue before you have an attitude.....I request the manager go back and look at the tape of the drive though. I'm the only car for several minutes. Another car enters a different lane. Rachel helps that car while continuing to ignore me. That car leaves. Rachel then starts helping me. Rachel gets an attitude and makes snide remark. I leave......somebody please train Rachel on professionalism.
