I came in at 4:30 in a pinch when my moving company rejected my cashier's check. Michelle was able direct me in the best possible outcome for me to correct the issue quickly and safely. Roland helped approve the changes and get me back on the road and back to my move ASAP. Super helpful, caring, and quick team!

Wells Fargo on Mountain View Road. I was treated abominably by the branch manager Layla Torabi I had asked to meet with her. She left me in the lobby for half hour while she was printing, changing her hairstyle and putting on makeup. When she finally did come out to speak to me, she was very unprofessional and she was very perturbed that I was anxious that she did not come out right away. She has absolutely no customer service skills. I don't think she should be a branch manager

This branch has always had really really great managers and tellers. Erin is the main manager I always get to see, and she is just simply a great person:):) She sets the bar for the rest of the staff....it is always positive and they know you by name Today... I just got off the phone with Hayden and his great attitude and customer service skills are really appreciated! The people that work here have always gone out of their way to help and do it with a smile..... I would not bank with anyone else::):) 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!! ::)

If you do business with another Wells Fargo branch office and need to do business while traveling, this isn't the place to go. I needed to move money in connection with a guardianship/conservatorship account. The transaction was identical to one I did in this branch in July I do exactly the same transaction where the account is located in Astoria, Oregon every month I am there. I came in explaining what I needed and mentioned the manager's name. She made it easy in July. I was told she is the manager and was not allowed to talk to her. In 45 minutes calls were made, documents discussed, proof of identity provided, competence of the bankers in Astoria questioned... after over 45 minutes I was allowed to do what the Astoria branch allows and Oregon law authorizes me to do pursuant to letters of Conservatorship ordered by the judge, namely move money belonging to my protected person from her account to my Conservatorship. I found the questioning of my authority humiliating and the lack of understanding of the law surprising, not just at this branch but with whoever she called for direction.

I have been banking with Wells for a few years now. I have a checking and saving for both myu personal and my business and for the most part I have been very happy with the service I have received. Everyone at this branch is always very nice and ready to help. I get annoyed and frustrated with their little fees for everything but have been mainly happy with them and the service they provide.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years and I used to work at Wells Fargo as a teller for almost 3 years when I was an undergrad student. This bank location lost my cash credit card payment. I went inside the branch and tried to straighten out the situation. Some young male worker was completely disrespectful to me and treated me like I was a criminal or a scam artist. This teller jumped down my throat and pretty much called me a liar. He didn't even attempt to investigate my complaint. He asked me what the teller looked like who took my payment and I described her. He said no teller looked like that. I walked away because I didn't have a receipt. 1) I used to work as a teller and deposits were lost while I worked at Wells Fargo. It is not unheard of for money to be credited to the wrong account or just lost in general. It didn't happen every day at the bank, but it happened frequently. Again, I worked there for almost 3 years and I saw it happen often enough. 2) I actually used to work at this same branch and was able to identify an employee, a lady named Pat, who was still working there 15 years later.I could not believe that I was treated so disrespectfully and this guy who was supposed to be a supervisor pretty much yelled in my face. He should have investigated it. I didn't have a receipt, so I walked away. I will never make a cash payment again. I knew the date of the transaction and the lazy employee should have been able to investigate it from there. I am still a Wells Fargo customer only because of a business rep that I deal with in a paradise valley branch. But I will never return to this crappy location. If a transaction is lost or not credited to your account, I would call the main 1800# and have them contact the branch to correct mistake or research problem. That way they are forced to investigate the transaction.

Outstanding customer service, knowledge, and management. From the simple to the complex, Wells Fargo has the expertise. Don't waste your time with other banks. Even though large, Wells Fargo feels like a community bank.

Great customer service here. They are so helpful and always see to your needs the moment you enter the bank. If your business is other than depositing or withdrawing money, you are seated, offered some water and in no time, someone walks over to you and takes care of your business. Need a notary? Come to this branch and they notarize your documents in no time, free of charge...

Needed a signature guaranteed and my normal WF branch didn't have an authorized employee. Went here on Christmas Eve; promptly greeted by a couple of super friendly employees. Waited just a minute or two and Dallas York hooked it up; in and out and no fuss. I would definitely revisit if ever in the area!

I recently opened a checking and savings account here and I was teamed up with Kristen wright. She was super nice, friendly and did her job efficiently as well as holding a conversation with me at the sametime something so simple but most of the time missed she talked me as if we were long lost friends that haven't seen each other in a long time. I had a problem with signing up for online banking and I emailed Kristen about it and she emailed me right back! I later found out that they just linking my new accounts up with an old username I had when I banked with them about a year and that's why I was getting an error. To top of this great experience I was in the drive thru making a deposit and she saw me thru the window and realized it was me and she waived and ask me over the speaker if everything was going good with my accounts. I don't live near this branch but I do work near here, I will try and hold all my banking needs until I have time on my lunch break because I prefer to have her help me than anyone else.
