Usually I don't like to write a review, but today I went there to open an account in this branch, but I didn't like the manner of staff, kinda rude kinda disrespectful. They tried to make an excuse and ask to leave that place. Extremely weird and unprofessional.

Like many others have said this is a horrendously run branch. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes just to make a deposit. The drive thru was clogged up so I figured it’d be quicker to go inside. Boy was I wrong! On top of that, while waiting, I was able to listen to the branch manager berate her staff and belittle them. Find a better Wells to go to in the area and skip this one. This Branch should be shut down!

A couple of days ago, I wanted to leave a good word for an employee to be recognized for her outstanding professionalism and express appreciation for excellent bank services assisted me. What I did not like was when the manager reacted so salty to my feedback disregarding my efforts of personally thanking her employee. This was the same manager that did not seem to care about the customers and hardworking employees going out of their way to meet the customers overall bank needs.

This is one of the worst run Wells Fargo I've ever been to. They're always understaffed, long wait times for easy transactions, and the managers are extremely rude. I would avoid this location, it's due to close soon at this rate anyway.I just stood in line for 27 minutes to get counter checks, and watched the teller that was working have to get his manager to sign off on every single transaction. This is not a new teller either, I've seen him before. I mentioned to the manager that I don't think he needed to be so closely monitored and the process is archaic, she said it's "checks and balances".When I asked for the $3 fee to be waived since I had to wait 27 minutes to get to the teller I was also told no. I've been a Wells Fargo customer since 1997 and have never had a fee or asked for one to ever be waived. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. Time to shop for a new bank.

The bank is closed now. We did a quick ATM run. No one waiting at the ATM so in and out fast.

The line for the bank was literally CRAZY. I have never waited so long in the drive through I was the second car and all three cars in the lines before me didn’t move for 15-20min. There where 12 cars that ended up pulling up behind me. I was 15 minutes late to work.

The people here are the most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable bank staff I have ever met. It is literally the customer service you would expect from a 5-Star Hotel. They greet you when you come in, have water available in the lobby, bring you back to their desks, are fast, and are efficient. We drive about 15 minutes to this location, because they are the best around. We have our bank account, home loan, and daughter's account there. Way to go Wells Fargo!!
