Wasted my time by offering a $2500 that I could not qualify for.This complaint is for Wells Fargo generally not just this branch.Why did you waste my time like this??Now I’m going to move my money to another bank ?

I started at the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes before finally going inside. I waited in line for 25 more minutes. I voiced my displeasure with the teller who was very nice and apologized telling me the manager had to approve every transaction so it took longer. Why have tellers then? Just have a couple of managers - geez what a waste of time. The teller than commented "it's like that every place" --- no it's not. I bank at Midfirst and DSFinancial and it's not like that. No wonder Wells Fargo is closing so many branches. - I will be closing the account because I don't have time to waste.

Helpful, but why don't you have a drive through ATM? This makes it hard to use this location of you have small children.

Is Wells Fargo going out of business? I've been to 3 in a row that have the drive-up teller shut down, and it's been that way for quite a while. Bad customer service!

I would give a zero if possible. ATM Jam and I get a deposit slip showing a .01 cent deposit for a $2000 deposit. Made several phone calls and was transferred 7 times!!! Then told it was the wrong phone number after an hour and 45 minutes speaking with 7 people. Called the next number and they told me it would take up to 10 business days to get my money. If I don't get it by then they will investigate the claim. I asked to have a tech come and see if they could assist with the Machine. They first said no. Then they said it will take 6 hours. Then it will take 3 hours. Horrid service. No resolution. Closing my accounts and telling everyone I know to do the same as well as all my real estate investor friends to do Same. And the restaurant I work at to do same. Unbelievable

I had a trust transaction that needed to be handled today. It is a bit complex and a bit different as I move money around. Today I had Evelyn as my teller and I want to share that she did a fantastic job, kept a cool head, and efficiently moved through the multiple steps in multiple systems. Great job Evelyn!

Called ahead and made an appointment with Juan per their instructions - showed up on time for my appointment but Juan was with someone else and is the only one who can do what I needed. After waiting 30 minutes with no real acknowledgement or update as to what's going on, I called another branch who told me just come in and they'd get it handled, no appointment needed and no wait. Bye bye Juan! Don't think I'll be coming back to this branch ever again.

I ran in during lunch time hoping to quickly cancel my debit card and get a temporary card. There was no one by the door so I got in line and waited for about 5 minutes, I got to the front and the teller said I'd have to wait for a banker. Had a seat and waited another 15 minutes. A woman who appeared to be some sort of saleswoman jumped on the first banker who peeked our of his cubicle. He stood for another 5 min or so chit chatting with her until I went up and kindly interrupted them to ask how to get some help. The transaction took 5 minutes at most but I was there for almost half an hour. Disappointing because there were tons of cubicles but no bankers, during lunch hour when a lot of people drop into the bank. Not to mention it's almost Christmas and I'm sure people experience bank issues due to fraud, etc during the holidays. Bad service.

I like the location but it seems like everybody that works here is new. Maybe it's a training facility. Also, the drive thru ATM does not count money correctly. I deposited $800 cash. The ATM said I deposited $710 cash. I canceled the transaction and did it again. Then it said I deposited $730. I had to go inside to deposit the money with the teller. I let her know about the ATM and she seemed genuinely concerned. There was a manager Standing near So I let her know about the problem. She said sometimes the money will stick together and not count it correctly.She seemed to be not concerned about it at all. I told her I thank God I counted the money before I put it in because sometimes I don't. She did not seem to care at all. I'm sure they would care if the machine was spitting out too much money. I probably will go to another branch after this. I don't think I can trust this one.
