The customer service in General is horrible. The staff are very unhelpful and rude. Don't expect to be treated like a valued customer here. They mess up on orders and even when you get tour order your left with unseasonably fries that taste so flavorless you end up throwing them away. This is not a pleasant restuarant if you can try and avoid it.

Location has signs on windows and doors saying they are permanently closed. The menus on the drive thru signs were completely removed. All of the Wendy's signs were taken down as well.

Not sure why this location has such poor reviews. My boyfriend & I go to a lot of a Wendy's and this location exceeded our expectations by far. Especially in comparison to other locations where they tend to mess up from time to time. Whom we believed to be the manager, took our order & ensured she missed nothing and that everything was correct before proceeding. She was super friendly & even gave us cups on the house as we like bigger cups for our water. The dining area was spotless. She came over while we were eating as well to ensure everything was correct and good- not expected from a fast food of course! So that was a pleasant surprise. A good attitude & attention to detail a long way and they have it here! Will drive as little farther to come to this location instead now. 10/10 :)

Staff is clueless and rude, I waited over 10 minutes in line then over 5 just waiting for an employee to take my order. I had to call the restaurant and told them there was no one taking orders. They hung up on me and after another five minutes no one was taking any orders. I shouldn't have to waste my entire lunch break because the f****** employees don't feel like working. PS: Went back three hours later and waited ten minutes before having to call the location AGAIN. Then someone spoke to give them a second and I waited another 5 minutes. It is completely dead. There are no customers in the drive thru or in the restaurant. They charged me for baconator fries and forgot them. And didn't honor my coupon because the "system" wouldn't accept it. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired and replaced. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.

this location needs a little bit of training on how to treat the customer. All I did was ask the person that was working behind the counter if I could please have a refill on some ice water. They proceeded to tell me that I was not a customer even though I had literally purchased two or three different meal items from them about 20 minutes prior. It is definitely something that was not nice and I wish they would work on that

Last few times drinks were wrong & wrong sizes. Didn't get my food, but the other two in my order did. Always closes early but u have to drive to restaurant to know this, then change order & drive to another Wendy's. A bit frustrating.

First off. I was served the wrong food multiple times. The woman at the front counter just about threw my food at me. She shoved it in a bag and threw it on the counter and says here is ur food.. She didn't seal my bag after she opened my burger to look at it with no mask. My online order is always behind making me miss lunch.. She did not have on gloves and she has sores all up her arm that she clearly picks at. The Via Linda location I do not recommend anyone go there EVER.. The service is horrible.

Twice I ordered from Wendy's and they shorted me breakfast burritos the first time and a baked potato the send time. I let weeks pass and tried again and this time the Door Dasher got lost, phoned me for directions, then hung up on me and didn't show till an hour later with probably wilted salads. She was rude, would not look at me and just walked away, despite me asking her to stop. Never ordering from Wendy's again !

The service here was a little slow because they were super busy but Juanita was very polite and helpful. She made the whole experience better.
