I absolutely love this Walgreens! Best customer service around and the staff goes out of their way to be helpful. The manager is beyond friendly and has incredible knowledge of all that is Walgreens. They definitely know how to make you feel like family here.

This location has the most unprofessional management! Between two visits while here on vacation, we had experienced two different managers, Claire and Christopher! Claire had no idea how to reimburse for a return item and since paid with cash...did not know that all could be credited with a gift card. Very rude! And then Christopher...supposedly a manager, who asked me if I am old enough to buy beer as I was carrying it for my mother. He said it was the law that she could not carry it as she was underage. My mother therefore took it out of my hands and set it on the counter and told him "she is no longer carrying it." As we are walking down the aisle, he makes a smart aleck comment about us and my mother told him that he was the one that was rude...not us! He then told us to leave the store and that he was the manager. I did tell him "***k you" for kicking us out, he then proceeded to tell me "***k you" back and say"What are you, ten"! A manager speaking to a 19 year old that way! Christopher was rude first and so I reacted! It would be in Walgreens best interest to not have someone like Christopher be anywhere working in their stores! I know we will never step foot inside this Walgreens again!

Absolutely the worst customer service in the world. The pharmacy people are rude, pompous, and make promises they can't keep. Why do we all continue to take our business to them?

This is the worst costumer service I've been experiencing for a long time. First I thought that's a one time thing, and brushed it off, but it keeps continuing with super slow service specially the Drive-thru with wait times for up to 20 min no matter the time (i tried various hours) and once you're in line there is no way to pull out. When you call you rarely get picked up or they hang up on you after 10 min wait time, and I can rant on. You guys really have to ramp up your service, and be less presumptuous!

My doctor's office called in a new prescription yesterday in the afternoon and today, the next day after 5:30, my script is still being "processed" and not ready. This is just hard to comprehend, as busy a location this is, and as soon as I pick up my order, whenever that is, I will be getting new prescriptions at another pharmacy. Please consider taking your business elsewhere.

The Pharmacist Sawsan is particularly unhelpful. I question if she's competent or licensed. Claimed not to have one of my meds in after I verified on my app that it was, only for her to call me within 30 mins to say it actually was in but she simply looked and didn't find it when I was there. When I returned to pick up the medication she had to ask the other on duty pharmacist how the injectable med pen worked. She didn't look at the box. She told me I'd have to buy needles (wrong). Utter incompetence. Nothing about dosage, time of day, refrigeration- nothing. I'll be reporting her to Walgreens corporate. I got more info off the internet. Find a different Walgreens.

I should have listened to the other reviews. Their pharmacy team is extremely rude, uninformed, and helpless. There was a gentleman in front of us who had clearly been waiting for his prescription for a while. When he asked how long it would be, the pharmacy tech Maha yelled at him that she cannot give him an estimate, "It could be ten minutes or an hour but I will not give you a time." He then said he would have to come back in the morning and she loudly told the other team members behind the window to "never give a time, never give a time." Another woman asked about her prescription and a gentleman told her he didn't know when it would be ready. She said that she'd be back in an hour. He told her that after six there's only one person working and it'll be super slow if she comes back then so she's better off coming back tomorrow. After she left, he looked around at the other pharmacist and technician and the clock and giddily said, I'm almost out here! I scheduled my 3-year-old through the online appointment portal online. I also called ahead and asked that they had the Moderna Covid-19 vaccination for toddlers in the morning and received a confirmation that they indeed did. When I gave them my daughter's birthdate and demographics, they told me that "the software said they cannot vaccinate her." I asked them if there were reasons since she is a perfectly healthy and normal 3-year-old and they told me again, "the software says so." I'm blankly staring at Susan, the Pharmacist who holds a medical degree (I assume), and am asking her what may cause the software not to let my child be vaccinated and she just says "it says so" again. Zero reasons. Zero help. For any parents who have hyped their children up to go get a shot, you can understand how frustrating this was. We ended up being able to get her a flu shot (which she needed) but now I don't know where I can get her vaccinated and Maha and Susan gave me no information beyond the "software said so." I completely understand automation but when you have two people who have been medically trained look at you blankly and rely solely on what their system says and cannot justify why it makes you question their knowledge as medical professionals. I'd avoid this location at all costs. There's a CVS nearby.

Terrible customer service. This location (pharmacy) will not answer the phone, they actively pick up and place on hold without a response. This caused us a problem as our home health provider could not get in contact with the pharmacy. At one point they accidentally answered and we could hear a private customer conversation, then once the pharmacy employee realized put us back on hold where we gave up after another 30 minutes. It's just not acceptable. As a bonus, after going in and waiting some more they quoted us a ridiculous cash price for medication that normally costs 1/5 of what they tried selling it to us. That's a whole different issue.

I'm giving this review for Aiden specifically. Give this man a raise! Always willing to help when I come in and just very caring. He truly demonstrates what great customer service should look like. I was buying medicine for my son and he said I hope whoever is feeling sick feels better. Just a true gentleman.

How much I wish I could give NO stars. We will never have another prescription filled here. I have never been spoken too SO incredibly rudely, or had my son humiliated in front of other customers by an awful witch in the pharmacy. My son has gotten his accutane presciption filled there three times. On the fourth time, they didn't call when it was ready, so when we called them this very rude lady said that we hadn't filled out our "I Pledge" certification (whatever that is) and she "WILL NOT" give it to us. So my son went in in person to see if she could explain to him what she was talking about. She just sneered at him, and repeatedly said that he just needed to fill out the same certification that he had already filled out "three times." We explained that we had no idea what she was talking about, that we had never filled out anything like that before. She would not explain how we go about doing that, or accept my son's explanation that she must be mistaken because neither he, nor us, had every filled it out. She was so nasty both on the phone and in person, and my son left humiliated after the way she spoke to him. He said that people were staring because of how rude she was, and how insistent she was that we had filled this form out three previous times. I guess the market is so desperate for employees that they will hire even the WORST employees, but we are pretty sure any other pharmacy in AZ would be better.

After reading all the negative reviews I hate to add another but.....I get an infection every few months and I know immediately when I get it very uncomfortable for me. Called my Dr and he sent the RX I needed at 7am, since the pharmacy doesn't open until 9, I waited until then to call and ask if they could fast track it for me which my Dr suggested I do. Waited 20 minutes on the phone and never got a person to answer, when it finally did ring, it rang and rang and then suddenly I was disconnected! Great service Walgreens! I then decided to just go to the pharmacy. I was told there was a error in the writing of the script and they had to talk to the doctor. The woman at the counter, Maha, was very curt. When I explained I was driving out of town and needed the script, too bad we need the doctor to call, not one bit friendly or sympathetic. She knew I was sitting waiting but I had to go up and ask if the Dr had called, yes, the RX will be ready in about 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I went to the counter to ask if the RX was ready, yes it was. Again I'm sitting waiting and she knew I was waiting, wonder how long I would have sat there until someone told me it was ready! Of course they ask for your address when picking up the RX, I had recently moved and started to give the new address Maha immediately started shaking her head and rolling her eyes, very condescending. The attitude at the pharmacy was uncaring and very condescending. I have several Walgreens around where I live and all have the same derogatory remarks. Walgreens does seem to care about their customers and little empathy for people who need medications. Maybe they should hire people who actually like their jobs and can work with the public. Through with this pharmacy!!

We will be moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy. They refuse to pickup the phone here and from reading years worth of reviews, Walgreens home office doesn't care because this store has been a mess for years.
