Worst customer service ever from the manager. I felt sorry for the other employees who have no choice but to follow in his steps for customer service. No greeting upon entry. Wanted to charge a 35 dollar fee for transferring data from an old device to a new device I had just purchased the day before. In all my years of using tmobile as a phone service I have never been charged a fee. Loyal customer of 15yrs. This store needs help!
