They pay meticulous attention to detail, provide concierge service, and constantly ensure guests have a great and memorable stay, making them feel at home or like old friends. The service is awesome, impeccable, and top notch, with unmatched hospitality. The gardens and landscaping are gorgeous, filled with blooming flowers. The location in West Sedona is perfect, providing quick, easy access to popular trails and town. While a minor note mentioned an older mattress and some rooms being dark due to the decor, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive. Guests are legitimately sad to leave and eagerly plan to return, highly recommending this special place that deserves more than five stars.
