We have stayed here many times over the last 10 years. It is so convenient to be able to walk from our room to the heart of downtown Sedona yet the creek being literally right out our back door was awesome.Rooms: A little dated but the size of the units make up for it.Nearby activities: Everything from shopping to eating is just a few minute walk from the rooms.Walkability: Downtown Sedona so close.

I have been visiting Arroyo Robles with my family for over 30 years. Its location is prime, right in the heart of Uptown, and also right on the banks of Oak Creek. The villas are all very cared for and comfortable, and the grounds are well kept. You will enjoy your stay, and so will your family and guests!Edit: Over the past few years, I have been sad to see the service and care for the facility have fallen behind. Multiple times, we have been treated as if we were a problem for crimes such as checking-in, or asking questions about schedule mishaps that weren't on our end.Our recent stay our room smeeled of urine, the wax seal was out and leaking under the master toilet, the 2nd rooms batheoom had flushing issues all week, we had a fairly large spider crawl across the living room, a lizard climbijg around the wall in the master, some left behind hosiery in the dresser and some insanely loud college age kids partying until 3 am and the front desk refused to intervene, offering us the solution of calling the police instead. Not a welcome solution when you have young children and it's already late.I do hope the management can turn it around. It seems a shame to see such a beautiful property run itself into disrepair. Though, if the guest list co tines to include Motley Crue wannabes and other folks who don't pay the dues, there is little hope as an owner in the rental world.

My wife and I hosted a family vacation for three of our adult children. There were 10 of us in all with ages ranging from 6 to the mid 70s. We stayed in three of the two-story Villas at Arroyo Robles Resort in Sedona. We found the resort to be a delightful place, close to town, beautiful views of towering red rocks, a swimming pool, sauna, and rec room. The main level of our villa had a large well-furnished gathering/family room with a fireplace and a semi-private patio. The Pullman kitchen was noteworthy. It had a full size range, dishwasher, and cabinetry. It was well equipped with cookware, utensils, glassware, dishes, and flatware. We cooked several meals for 10 people without issue. A closet adjoining the kitchen had laundry facilities. The second floor featured an impressive master suite with a luxuriously mirrored bath, walk-in shower and large jetted tub. Another bedroom and hall bath were also on the upper level. Both bedrooms had modest patios. The resort is located immediately adjacent to downtown Sedona, but maintains a quiet and somewhat secluded atmosphere.I can highly recommend this resort.

The rooms are very outdated and old. This place was way better years ago if we’re talking aesthetics. The service is great though and so is the location! The shops are just a short 3 minute walk and parking is free!Walkability: Everything is a short distance walk.

Rooms were well kept, clean and everything worked. Things were a little outdated but not too bad. The location is perfect! Right off of uptown Sedona but tucked away so felt quiet and secluded. Plenty of things to do, they have pickleball, tennis, a creek, gym, pool, saunas, hot tub. All the service members are very polite and nice as well as helpful.

Always amazing!!! Feels like you are in your own little paradise along the creek! And just a short walk up the hill and you can walk all the wonderful shops of Sedona.

The units are very spacious & homey. It's just a short walk across the property to Oak Creek, where they have picnic tables & chairs - including wooden bench swings that are on a platform overlooking the creek. There is also a large playground for the kids. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance to shops, galleries & restaurants. I recommend walking as much as possible because traffic is horrible. Plus, vehicles can only turn right when exiting the resort. One thing I didn't like was the extremely bright lights from the public parking garage. One in particular was shining right in thru the window of one of the upstairs bedrooms in our unit. Also, every morning around 6am l, there was very loud banging & beeping, possibly from a garbage truck??? But it wasn't unbearable. I would definitely stay here again.

Been going here my whole life every other year or so.The only complaints I've ever had in the past were a lack of desk space for a computer, and poor internet. These were not issues this time! Everything's been vastly improved (and they even had a desk).Bonus: the indoor pool was actually warm this time!

What a wonderful experience!Tucked neatly away alongside the winding and sometimes rushing Oak Creek, this resort is top notch, from it's carefully manicured landscaping to the subtle decorations reminiscent to the vibe of Sedona inside the residences. Once down the steep hill to the resort, the hustle and bustle of the streets above become a faint echo that lulls you into the serenity for which this resort may be known...at least for me.Many amenities you will see as you park at the registration office - down the way you'll see tennis courts, a basketball court and once inside, you'll see indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, grills scattered around the premises for vacationer use, several sitting areas and a little path along the crystal clear and sometimes calm waters of the Oak Creek. Within the main hub near the registration office are billiards tables, table tennis, a sitting room with a baby grand piano and a TV, down from there a small gym which overlooks the outside pool and the indoor racquetball courts. There's a game room for the little and big kids as well as a sauna for you to relax after a long day of walking/hiking.Within all of the condos are TVs in every room, plenty of chairs, balconies on every floor with sitting chairs and tables. A full kitchen with dishwasher, stove top, full-sized fridge and freezer with a large sink and microwave. Bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted TVs and a large closet and dressers. The curtains for each room have blackout curtains so you can sleep in late after a long day exploring the city and its outskirts. What a wonderful experience, this was! Thumbs way up!
