We love coming to Sedona. Thought we would treat ourselves w some ice cream. The prices are high which is expected, but I asked a question and the lady serving was so rude treated me horribly. Then when the people behind didn’t ask questions because they saw how i was treated she said Loudly, “Everyone should order like this.” Im literally shocked. Being verbally abused while spending money is not fun.

SO CUTE! The woman who served us was the kindest and warmest soul out there. Gave us a free pup cup when we bought $50 worth of desserts because she loved our good boy. The ice cream is immaculate and the cheesecake is flawless. Tried mint chocolate chip & peanut butter m&m ice cream and lemon berry bliss & raspberry cheesecake. Also tried German chocolate cupcake, not a great cupcake but seriously still the best dessert and service I’ve ever gotten from a small business ESPECIALLY in a heavy tourist town.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options!!Kid-friendliness: Every dessert a kid could pick.

The icing on my $18 cactus cupcake tasted like Pine Sol. The staff was rude and disinterested. Will never go back.

Looks like gelato and tasted like ice milk. This was awful. The texture was like cold fine sand.

Great place to grab hot chocolate and some treats. They do have milk alternatives and their treats run from about $10-12 a little pricey but they were good. The hot chocolate was really good as well and was about $6-7. The store is small and there is no seating inside but they do have some benches outside to eat at. It can get REALLY busy and parking is a little hard if you park in the Tlapaque parking lot. We were already eating at the hideaway house so we just walked.

The small snack we grabbed at Cake Couture while shopping at Tlaquepaque Arts and Craft Village was one of the best purchases we made all day! The interior was warm and cozy on a chilly winter day, and the cheesecake we ordered was rich and delicious. The woman running the desk hadn't made a tea latte before, but it turned out well and we were thankful she was willing to experiment. We highly recommend that you stop by next time you're shopping in Sedona!

I ordered 4 cupcakes ($9-10 each), a peanut butter brownie and a 6 pack of macarons - which was a total of over $70. We didn’t realize until we got home and opened the box that they didn’t pack one of the cupcakes. I tried calling for a refund but there was no answer. I left a voice mail but haven’t heard back. The brownie was good, very rich so we were able to get two servings which was nice! The macarons are good, seemed fresh. And cupcakes are overly priced for what we got in terms of size and freshness, and since we were missing one. overall, not one of the more impressive experiences we’ve had.*updated: the owner gave us a call and refunded the missing item. He was apologetic and definitely wanted to take care of us. We appreciate the customer service and updated that from a 3 to a 5!

Walked in to order coffee, I pleasantly said good morning how are you, to the young man working this morning. He could not have made it more clear he was totally uninterested in my presence in the shop. I'm thoroughly irritated with myself for having spent $6 on a coffee here. I am in Sedona often and sadly will not be going back.

No cash accepted, no decaffeinated options despite having it on their limited menu. Lastly, a very impatient cashier.

How can you make a bad Rice Krispie treat? Well they did. Also had a brownie and cookie that also left a lot to be desired. Everything looks beautiful but that’s about it.

Nice cafe that serves ice cream, coffe and treats. We ordered two coffees with one latte and a cold brew and it was delicious, staff were also very nice.

Yummy and sweet spot to have a sweet treat like these cute cactus cupcakes! Lemonade was refreshing and service was sweet like the treats. Located inside Tlaquepaque shopping center by El Rincón Mexican restaurant.
