Recently, while seeing the sights in beautiful Sedona, Arizona, I purchased an in-laid Mexican styled, jade-like men's bracelet at the Discount Indian Jewelry store on North State Road 89A. It cost nearly $300. After wearing it all of one day, a number of the stones disengaged, never to be found. I returned to the store the next day, asked the owner either to replace the bracelet with one able to withstand the "rigors" of normal and usual wear on a person's wrist for considerably longer than one day, or to refund the full purchase price. The owner refused to accept either request, saying the best he could do was to refund half the purchase price. He said the bracelet in question, having inlaid stones, could not be adjusted, to any degree, without causing any of said stones to disengage, as happened with me, and therefore I was completely at fault. I told him any minor adjustments I made to the piece to fit on my wrist, should not have resulted in the loss of any stones thereon. It has no latch or fastener, so some adjustment is required to put it on. I also told him that if the piece truly were so fragile that the slightest movement could result in its disfigurement I should have been forewarned of such by the salesperson before I purchased the piece. I told the owner that had I been so forewarned I would not have purchased it in the first place, but no such warning had been given. This store sold a bracelet that could not be put on a wrist without damaging it, they did not give any caution in advance, and did not provide any customer service, either by refunding the cost of the defective work or allowing me to acquire a (presumably) more craft-worthy piece of comparable value. There was, in essence, no customer service. I will never purchase another product from this merchant, and while I'll continue to evangelize on behalf of the remarkable sights and sounds of Sedona to tourists who have never been there, the one sight and sound I'd urge those visitors to shun is Discount Indian Jewelry.

I was looking for a place to buy good quality Indian Jewelry on my trip to Sedona, and was glad I found this little store. Reasonable prices, good service and best of all my husband also found a little trinket he liked!

Hot and tired, my granddaughter wanted to look at "just one more store please Nana" so in we went. So glad we found this shop! Small but good selection of native jewelry and handmade crafts. The owner took time to explain the meaning and history of our selections and gave us information about caring for the silver. Also embroidered Arizona t-shirts at very reasonable prices.

I am always on the lookout for silver and turquoise jewelry and have bought my fair share across the southwest. I am accustomed to seeing signs indicating the jewelry is 50% off and the discount prices being what you would pay regular price for elsewhere. When my friend and I were passing the Discount Indian Jewelry store I figured it was just another store with fake sale prices or like many of the other stores in Sedona, trying to pass off fake Indian jewelry. My friend just about had to drag me into the store and boy, am I glad she did. The prices at this store were the lowest I have seen for authentic Indian jewelry. There is not a huge inventory, but there is a good selection available. The lady that waited on us was very knowledgeable and gave me a tutorial on how to correctly put on cuff bracelets and care for your turquoise and silver. I bought a gorgeous bracelet for a fraction of what I would pay elsewhere and left a little bit more knowledgeable, so I was thrilled with my shopping experience at Discount Indian Jewelry.

Suzanne at the store is such a pleasure to have engaged with! We were her first customers for the day, and she walked us through the beautiful Indian artefacts available for sale at the store. We have travelled through Utah and Arizona and the prices for the quality are definitely the best we found, including visitor centres. The prices are wholesale and I bought a beautiful copper cuff with turquoise inlay for $13.00.

Highly recommend this shop! Received a warm and wonderful welcome from Suzanne, and could not have asked for a better selection of Native American jewelry and fine turquoise! Fair pricing and service that cannot be beat. Look forward to shopping again on our next visit to beautiful Sedona!

Shopped all over Sedona for authentic, Native American jewelry at a decent price. This was my last stop. Easily the best selection, best prices, and tons of authentic jewelry. I bought a beautiful ring for under $20. The owner personally shined it up for me and gave me a box for it. You have to stop in and shop here. Specifically if you're looking for rings, earrings, or necklaces (but they have a lot of other stuff, as well.)
