Very professional and friendly staff at the Enterprise in Glendale, AZ got us a car quickly after we had a poor experience with Thrifty Car. Top-notch service at that location! We will never use Thrifty Car again. Thank you Enterprise!

5 stars for Thomas , the rep who helped us, and 5 stars for the great midsize Mazda SUV! Thomas was so fast. I think we were driving away 10 minutes after we arrived. Wow, right? Such fast service and we didn't even have a reservation when we arrived in. My only complaint is that they don't do any weekend drop offs which is when almost everyone would need to drop off, and if you don't get there before their early close, you have to pay for two full extra days. They really need to figure out a fair after hours drop off situation. So that cost us a couple hundred dollars unfortunately, but because he was so great and the car was flawless inside and out, I would definitely rent from them again.

Tyler and the Sedona Enterprise Team exceeded every expectation. Pick-up and Drop-off was seamless and only took a few minutes. The team was very experienced, proactive, and customer service excellent. Enterprise far exceeds all other rental companies, and I've rented from many of them for 4 decades. Sedona Enterprise is the best yet!

Tyler, the manager, is unprofessional and the staff entirely unethical.I rented a car and had to turn it in at short notice to receive medical attention. Their company, predominantly Jacob Yanes harassed me claiming I left a cigarette burn on the upholstery among other things. I don’t smoke cigarettes, and it couldn’t have been me. Eventually, they assumed liability and dismissed the claim. Yet, after assuming liability the began to harass me again.Fraud from a major corporation is the only justification. Attempting to pin damages on a customer to avoid responsibility is unethical. An employee driver or another renter could have created the damage. There is no evidence that shows I created the damage, because I did not.Avoid the Cottonwood location and Sedona location as Tyler is the manager at both.

Wife and I got stuck in Sedona. Rental car for phoenix broke down, company towed it somewhere. Went to Enterprise to get a rental. I have a Mastercard / debit that works as both credit card and debit. Enterprise website states as long as it has the logo, you can use it. It has the Mastercard logo and they wouldn't accept it. No family or friends in this state. Never had a problem before. Store associates are horrible. My wife is in tears about being stuck here and no way of getting anywhere. Thought they would help like other reviews said they did. Must be false review's because this location doesn't help people, it sends them away.

Amazing Service! This place came through when we were in such a tight spot. I will forever be thankful to Tyler for saving our vacation. We got what we needed when we needed it and fast! The whole process took less than 10 minutes and I really couldn't be happier with the accommodations they were able to make for us. Stellar location!

One of my BEST experiences with a Rental Car location. Assistant Manager Tom Dunbar went above and beyond after our automobile accident to get us into an awesome car and help alleviate our concerns. Thanks Tom... and Thanks Enterprise..!!

My Husband set up our rental online. When we got to the Sedona location we were warmly greeted by Thomas. He took us to the car only for us to realize it was too small. My Husband meant to rent an SUV (he’s 6’3”, 250lbs). Thomas was more than willing to switch out the vehicle. He walked us around the lot showing us the available SUV’s. I’m sensitive to certain smells & Thomas let me “smell” the interior of any vehicle of my choosing (w/out making me feel like a weirdo)! He & his crew had the car ready in minutes! When we decided to extend our stay in Sedona, again, Thomas was more than accommodating. He was kind, courteous, professional & genuinely great to work with. I’ve already recommended Thomas at Enterprise in Sedona to another traveler & we will most definitely be back!

I rent from the Sedona Enterprise often and they are consistently great!! Customer service has even improved over the last 6 month and the vehicles are always excellent. I will definetly continue renting vehicles from them. Thank you!

Tyler snd Eric were very professional and friendly. The whole process from reservation to return was expedited and hassle-free. Highly recommend and also strongly suggest to reserve compact or economy cars prior to your arrival in Sedona.

It seemed to have been very easy to process my rental. Everything was done pretty quickly. The car was pretty decent. I did not go with any of the additional waivers.A few hours later I did manage to lock myself out of the car. What I don't understand is they give you 1 key. Why would they not have another key at their location?Is it because they want to make the additional money off of you for the waiver that if you get locked out they'll take care of it.Luckily AAA came to the rescue and was able to unlock the car for me, very effortlessly. And it didn't cost me any extra.

Trying to get a car due to an accident for an entire week in the valley with no luck. I've literally been in contact with every location on the west valley and THIS LOCATION in comparison is BY FAR THE BEST. Customer service!!!! Thomas, you are an amazing manager. You took the time to call me when you had a possibility of a rental. Miracles do happen and sometimes they are delivered by a wonderful human named Thomas in Sedona. I'm grateful for you!
