Had gone for a family memorial to have a service for our mother this weekend and went looking for something beautiful to take home and came across the Esteban’s Pottery and saw an amazing tall blue vase !
I am in a self run wheelchair on the small side , so I waited for a family member to go with me into the store and was going to ask the person at the counter about it to purchase it $160 blue vase .
As we walked around the back corner there’s a rather large round table filled with pottery and bowls not allowing for my wheelchair to access
All of the area is presented as ADA accessible . So I asked the clerk at desk if there followed ADA standard ( she didn’t even ask to help or get up nothing ! Her reply was they’ve been there 15-50 yrs I couldn’t tell exactly the number and yes they are and they have a lot of stuff to sell so ….
It’s shameful to treat disabled persons with such passive aweful attitudes.
I picked up a business card hopefully the owners will see this terrible treatment and it’s not ADA accessible in the store which is Arizona law .
I wished I had gotten the case but wouldnt spend any money in a store with employees with that bad attitude let alone not standard w ADA laws
Plus I was stuck and it’s a terrible feeling .
Still very badly affected by the experience yesterday .

Love the selection of pottery and art in this store ... Could have spent hours just looking and dreaming. What a beautiful place! Of course we had to take something home to remind us of this amazing adventure. Good prices too.

Spent a week exploring Sedona and my sister bought me a BEAUTIFUL hand crafted pottery mug from here. Something had happened and they were so quick to send me a new mug and were really so sweet about everything. Their pottery is amazing and their costumer service is TOP notch!

So much beautiful pottery in their store, and the owners and staff are unbelievably accommodating. I purchased a mug, and found a crack in the bottom while packing to leave. I reached out and they are sending a new mug to me! I would highly recommend stopping in to support the local artists!

An absolutely lovely pottery shop in the equally lovely Tlaquepaque Shopping Village in Sedona. There are so many different styles of handmade pottery that, whether you are looking for a gift or ceramics for your table and/or home, there is sure to be something for everyone.

Horrible sales lady who speaks wildly inappropriately to customers. One of the most unbelievable experience in my life shopping in a store where she feels comfortable judging you when you’re complete strangers and you’re giving her business. We spent over 400 dollars here. Absolutely disgusting self righteous behaviour which ruined our day and I wish I never spent money in this store. There are so many shops in this area, go somewhere your business is appreciated and you are not insulted while shopping.

We usually stop into this shop at least once a year, typically there is a cranky older lady there, but the pottery is amazing so we continue to go. This last Saturday we stopped in and there was a delightful young lady at the front. She gave us space and then wonderful conversation when approached. Not only did we leave with $200 worth of local pottery but a smile on our face. Good job Esteban's!!!
