I had a great time staying with Foothills in one of their places in the Village of Oak Creek. I would 100% stay with them again. They were fantastic to work with, and the place, (Wild Turkey), was beautiful.

Very well equipped and super clean! They thought of everything, from nice quality pots, pans, and other kitchen-ware to plush towels and plenty of blankets, even down to the bottle opener and makeup towels. It all looked brand new. In addition, not only was Tim right on top of everything and very accommodating, but also went above and beyond to help when we had a couple of very minor issues. I definitely recommend renting with them.

Don’t rent from this place! Seriously, this place is so unprofessional and they give you major attitude when something needs fixed. Which has been a lot for us. We just had a major leak and called the emergency number…. But that doesn’t work during off hours we were told by Virginia today lol. Our electric on the one side of the house shut off due to the leak and we have to wait for 3 days to get it fixed. When we asked Virginia if they would take money off our rent for the inconvenience, she hung up on us.This is typical behavior for Foothills Property so if you want to stay happy, Don’t rent from them.

I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs. Upon arrival at the house, I discovered there was no functioning AC, and the communication throughout the weekend was incredibly frustrating. I was assured that someone would come to address the issue, but no one showed up the next day. When I inquired about the needed part, the property management couldn't provide specifics.Ironically, I own an HVAC company, so I understand these systems well. After an additional day without air, another company was finally scheduled to come out. They determined that the AC was beyond repair and needed a total replacement.Throughout this ordeal, Tim at Foothills only sent someone to bring fans and made promises, but the situation remained unresolved. Considering I paid over $5,000 for the rental, their offer of only $1,000 refund for a non-functional house they were aware of in advance is unacceptable. I exercised patience, hoping they would fulfill their promises, but I was sorely disappointed. Learn from my experience and avoid this company.

Lived in an aortment complex we rented through them it was a very old building and we have had problems since we moved in the bathtub kept leaking to the downstairs apartment windows wouldn't open at first and the guy came to "fix it" but was missing a part told us to be careful opening the window until he "come back" to fix it never heard from them again. Light in the kitchen and dining room exploded on us and we had to replace the light bulbs but upon move out they are charging me for "missing light bulbs" on top of the kitchen cover for the lights they are charging me for that as well even though the guy that came to fix the lights originally had broken it and I taped it back together they are charging me for air filters as well not to mention the water heater went out AND a cabinet almost fell on me when I was cooking dinner because whoever installed it never installed it right. To top it off they are selling the building but won't give me any deposit back and charging for other things I will NEVER deal with anything foothills again.

I rented an apartment from this property management company for three years, 2018-2021. Staff was nice enough, I never had problems with dealing with them on a superficial level. The apartment I had was in an amazing location, but old and required many repairs over the years. And when it came to repairs, the response times typically were slow, they always had to speak with the owner of the property first, which would take days at times, many times I would have to deal with the owner of the property directly, which never made sense to me, and could be downright uncomfortable because the owner's demeanor was not professional at all. Upon moving out, I did not receive the full deposit back. The way they said very miniscule things were not clean, was pretty ridiculous. Have never had an issue prior, in receiving my full deposit from other property management companies. Unfortunately Sedona has very few options in regards to property management for homes, and this company manages many properties in the town.

We used Foothills for a vacation rental and could not be happier! Not only were they easy to book with, the communication was the best I have ever had with a vacation rental. The texts/emails were very clear and left no room for questions. We had one tiny issue (ran out of propane) and they were prompt in delivering a new bottle within a few hours. They had a plethora of recommendations of activities in the area and everyone I interacted with was so helpful. The house was clean and exactly as described- in a perfect location too. We will definitely use Foothills again when booking our next Sedona vacation!

I stayed at one of this company's VRBO and would never stay again. The code to the door didn't work when we arrived at 430 pm so we called the number given and NO ONE CALLED BACK. 4 days later they still haven't called and luckily the back door was unlocked! THANKS! Then there were unfounded completely ludicrous complaints that couldn't have even been possible. Make a different choice when you stay at a VRBO in Sedona. Not friendly neighbors and unfortunately neither is the management company.

This company is crooked and criminal! Do not give them any money or a security deposit - they will never give it back to you! I was forced to move out because the pipes in the house broke... They would not return my rent money or my security deposit after I was forced to move. I paid my rent on time every month and they treated me like crap. They threatened me and made up false accusations in order to steal my money. These people are shady and a scam! If there was zero stars I would give them zero! Do not trust them they will never return your money! I am suing them. Do not rent any property from this company!

The property we stayed at was beautiful, clean and in an awesome location!! It was the best vacation ever and our house was beautiful and spotless!! I would 100% go back and stay at a property managed by Foothill property management! It exceeded my expectations!

Just like I thought, so many one star reviews. They deserve ZERO stars. The property managers at Foothill Property Management are the WORST. Perhaps even Illegal. Hmmm, what does the future hold? The pressure is building against you, employees of Foothill Management . . .

Just got back from a 7 day stay at the Manzanita house in Sedona. The house was even better than the pictures! Really super cool house and nice clean pool. The deposit was a bit steep, but we got every penny back in just a few days after leaving. We did not have any dealings with the management, because everything was perfect. Wonderful vacation. Thanks!

Spent the week of the 4th at the house in Manzanita Hills in the Uptown area. The house was "as advertised" with no surprises. Check in instructions were clear, as were the requirements at check out. Again, no surprises there. Full deposit was refunded within 4 business days. We had a great vacation- no complaints. Thanks!
