I’m a big fan of goodwills and thrift stores in general. Whenever I’m traveling in the continental United States I try to visit one in each state. Needless to say this has got to be the top 3 most expensive goodwills I’ve ever seen. I left empty handed after realizing quickly how everything would be way over priced. Regardless of the brand, they receive 100% of their inventory at zero cost to them. Here are some photos of the crazy prices.

Prices were outrageous! There were barely any men shoes instead they were offering used pool noodles, golf ball magnets overall just some really questionable stuff. To make it even worse it was placed above the clothing so you were bombarded with it at eye sight. Again prices were ludicrous 26 dollars for a shirt from 2009. It was Harley Davidson but on a Hanes tag like cmon.

Prices gone over the top. Smells, high prices. Ban this place go get it new for cheaper on some items.

Please bring back fitting rooms. It is ridiculous to expect customers to buy clothing without seeing if they fit. Trying clothes on at home and bringing them back only gets you a store credit. If there's no fitting room, there should be a full refund. So much simpler to try it on and only buy what works for you. Employees here are helpful and friendly which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1.

** do not shop at any northern arizona goodwill. ** they no longer accept returns of any sort (within 7 days, with tags intact, with receipts intact). they do not allow customers to use the fittings rooms -- yet will not accept returns of items that you have to try on at home. do not support a company that soley cares about money -- i will no longee be supporting goodwill as a whole due to this instance of greed.

Very rarely give 1 Star reviews. But, seems to be that all Goodwills now a days deserve one. The prices for a donation center are being priced as if the items are brand new. My husband used to be a manager at Goodwill years back and always comments on how much he would actually charge for it verse now.

Price gouging, big time, recently! People are having a harder time making ends meet already, they’re charging regular Ross prices or more! And the air quality is toxic now, open the doors !Cashiers are nice people though.

Loved this store!! Cool vibe inside the store, packed with tons of treasures that just have to go home with someone.. I would've cleared them out if I weren't traveling with absolutely no room.. I still bought a box full of stuff. Go. You never know what you'll find!!

Great store but I cannot go in anymore because of the intense air freshener smell that makes me sick! It is so over powering and thick! Please stop with the chemicals ?

Artificial fragrances are extremely harmful for human health, yet all Goodwill stores are spraying them with insane amounts. I had to jump to shower after a goodwill visit & air my own clothes for hours! Sometimes even airing not enough so all has to be washed even after just few minutes of shopping? Why are you spraying that toxic artificial smell? please stop this horrific artificial smell in ALL of your stores! search on google about artificial fragrances and their health hazards, it’s not that hard! also poshmark, thread up has same or cheaper prices than you offer. why would anyone smell that horrible artificial smell that is hazardous and pay more then buying online ?

I've been thrifting for years and I am getting a bit tired of this place. They will put the oldest, smelliest clothing up for sale...things that should be in the trash...AND charge a lot for it. In addition, they have lots of used wal-mart clothing (and other cheaply made clothing) that really isn't worth anything to begin with, but even less now that it's used and smelly. All of their merchandise comes from donations and they should stop being so greedy and charge fair prices. Also, they need to take some of that profit and pay their employees more because not one of them look happy to be there.Since they became for profit, they know what they have and they know the value of it...and they will make sure to charge more than what it's worth. That's not "goodwill".P.S. Please, please stop using that horrendous and old smelling perfume that you spray all over everything in the store. You can smell this store all the way across the parking lot when the door is open. It's disgusting and almost impossible to get out of the clothes.

Excellent Store the employees are always extremely helpful and kind.. Also the store is kept very clean witch is a huge plus! I shop regularly at this store and always find unique items from the cloth to some of there silver and crystal selection. Prices seem fair could be a tad cheaper for some of the clothes is my only complaint.. Other than that A+ highly recommended

Tell me why there are reviews going back 6 months complaining about the toxic chemical smell in there and it STILL STINKS?! Who is the manager there? Why hasn’t corporate taken care of this? It smells so bad that I had to wear a mask and suck on a cough drop, but even that didn’t completely work, so I had to leave. I feel bad for the workers who have to inhale that smell all day.STOP WITH THE SCENTED SPRAY!!!!Zero stars.
