“Very busy there this morning but I was struck by how helpful lab technician Laura was. My doctor forgot to include an important lab and Laura suggested that I call my doctors and have them fax the request (and handed me a slip of paper with their fax number on it). So I waited in the waiting room calling my doctor and Laura checked in with me, confirmed my adjusted order, and we got everything done!

I was so thankful that Laura was helping me, as I noticed that her coworker (taller, larger white female with dark hair), was frowning and complaining about too many phone calls.”
