Attended a talk by a nutritionist today, who stressed the importance of getting enough protein as we age. Received a $5 coupon for purchases as a result. Lots of items on their monthly sale. I trust their sourcing for quality, tasty food. Fresh organic fruits and veggies always delicious.

Staying in town for 5 days and came in several times for fruit, hummus, granola and frozen fruit. Nice selection of items. Helpful staff! Beth at checkout is a delight and worth visiting the store just to feel so welcomed and uplifted by her kind spirit.
