Room and service were amazing. Not too quiet on the patio as big pink jeeps were right beside our room.

Really nice 3 nights here. The rooms have a fantastic view over the red rocks and a great location in the town. Personal touch in that a bottle of wine was put in our room as we were celebrating a birthday. Breakfast was not an option but there was a microwave, coffee machine and fridge so you could make your own and they provided fruit and porridge as a bonus.Noteworthy details: Free parking on sight, though not loads of room we always got a space.

Orchards Inn is a nice Sedona hotel with some great positives and a few drawbacks. The positives include that the Uptown location is great, with convenient walkability to shops and restaurants nearby. And, the views are spectacular (particularly from second-floor rooms.) The rooms are quite comfortable. Front desk service was particularly friendly. Some cautions, however: We found our room very noisy. We had very rude neighbors, and soundproofing between rooms is poor. (I guess if you're staying in Uptown, you have to expect drunk partiers returning home late at night.) In addition, the air conditioning was very loud. (My wife compared it to sleeping in a jet engine.) Ironically, the loud air conditioning was a mixed blessing, as the powerful white noise helped to mask the rude partying next door. I would've rated Orchards Inn a four-star hotel had I been able to get a single uninterrupted night's sleep in our three night-stay.The room was clean and quite comfortable, although our television didn't work the entire time we stayed at the property, despite reporting the problem. The views from the second floor balconies are great, but note that you'll need to carry your luggage up and down stairs if your room is on the upper floor. (Tip: People staying at this hotel can take out drinks from the 89Agave restaurant, which is great for a nice evening watching the sunset from your balcony.)The hotel charges a small amenities fee, which includes a selection of packaged snacks at the front desk, but we didn't find that very well stocked. The fee does include a free water bottle to take home. The hotel offers two parking lots, so while parking is at a premium in Uptown, we had no problem finding a spot in their lots. With more courteous neighbors or better soundproofing, I would've been happy to give a better rating, but I find being able to sleep is, in fact, one of the important factors in evaluating a lodging.Walkability: The hotel is near the center of Uptown, so you have dozens of shops and restaurants nearby. The Pink Keep and Sedona Trolley Tours are only steps away.

My wife and I stayed here March 7-9. The location is great; right in the heart of uptown Sedona, in walking distance of the shops and restaurants. The room was average but the view of the red rocks in the morning was spectacular. We had the "suite" package which included two free drinks and a BOGO breakfast at 89 Agave restaurant next door. Enjoyed the BOGO breakfast but couldn't enjoy the free drinks. Needed a reservation for dinner but they were booked the two nights we were there. Parking the inn was not the greatest; difficult to find a spot. There were workers at the "suite" building and their equipment occupied six parking places. Add to that 89 Agave customers parking there made it difficult. Customer service was outstanding. Melenia at the front desk was the best. She was extremely personable, friendly and helpful regarding the surrounding area for hiking.. Make certain she comes back from Brazil

We really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were comfortable, uninterrupted views were incredible and housekeeping was fantastic, the rooms were spotless and well maintained. There was plenty of parking and we were so happy to be able to have an earlier check in after arriving earlier than we expected. The Inn was great value for our money.

Our stay at the Orchards Inn was good. It is an older hotel, especially on the outside, that really needs refreshing for the price point. We actually thought we'd pulled into the wrong hotel based on the basic look from the outside! The pros: The view at this hotel was phenomenal. The room was older, but clean and the beds were comfortable. The fireplace added a nice vibe. The on-site restaurant was a plus and the wait staff were very friendly. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful as well. We also received a discount for breakfast. The cons: This hotel lacked any other amenities you'd normally find at newer hotels. There was an amenity fee which was for drip coffee, reusable water bottles, and a trail pass. We didn't have time to use the trail pass so that was an extra charge I'd love to have done without. Our stay was fine, but we would not stay here again based on the price point and lack of true amenities.

Stayed at this hotel some years ago a number of times. The view from balcony is the best part along with being right in town. However, it appears to be needing a refresh. Check in clerk speaks poor English and cleaners not at all. Bathroom toilet is 2 inches from floor and old. No safe. TV didn't work properly, called service 3 times. Service at restaurant in front acted like they doing us a favor. At these rates, there are better choices.

I’ve stayed here twice but that will probably be it for me. The rooms definitely look better online than they do in person. I was told when booking I would get 2 free drinks and 2 entrees for breakfast, ended up still getting charged. I called twice to fix it—the first time they told me it was right and the second time I got a partial refund even though the entire thing should have been free since I only ordered what came with the room. The restaurant only has one server and one cook but the food is really good!

Beautiful views of the mountains from your room. The fire place in the rooms is a must to stay warm. The bathrooms were not that great but the customer service was great. The not so young gentleman with the English accent was very kind and professional. It’s in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you guys for

We stayed in Rm. 301. The view is amazing. The room was updated and very clean. You can hear and see the Oak Creek from your room. Also there is a game trail you can see from the balcony. We have seen some Javelinas pass through in the evening. There are some minor issues with the room, but wouldn't stop is from coming back and requesting the same room. Here are some issues we had.1. Room is next to the Pink Jeep lot where they wash the jeeps. No privacy on the balcony because you see the parking lot next to you.2. Door to balcony is hard to open and lock. Also balcony doors need to be resealed.3. The water pressure is not that goodWalkability: You are in Uptown Sedona. Steps away from restaurants and shopping.

The rooms need to be renovated. The only thing new in the room was the mattress. The rest, especially the bathrooms, were extremely dated.
