“One thing about the Village of Oak Creek - if we don't support something here, it WILL go away. Promise.As a VOC resident, I would vastly prefer to do my post office business here, not in West Sedona, not in Cottonwood, not in Camp Verde. This little post office is noticeably understaffed (not their fault), however, I have seen way more rude, abusive, and infantile behavior from customers rather than staff.The people at the counter ALWAYS apologize to me if I have had to wait in line at all, even if under a minute or two.I think these people have it rough, day in and day out. Even if I am mildly annoyed at service speed (I'm not perfect, for sure, and I can certainly be an entitled j***** the big picture to me is to appreciate the conveniences I can have here in the Village, and the people doing their best to deliver those conveniences.”
